The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code. Check in anytime after 4pm ET/ Check out is 10am ET

No late check-out or early check-in without permission or additional fee.

★ KITCHEN:

(Food items are not provided due to international Covid travel guideline. We recommend guest to stock up supplies before arrival)



★ LAUNDRY:

Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron



★ AMENITIES:

Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, hand soap and bathroom trash liners. We also provide start-up supplies of shampoo, soap, conditioner & lotion. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.



If you need a pack 'n play or high chair during your stay, please let us know ahead of time and we will have these items waiting on you when you arrive. Also, please know that product liability and product usage is your responsibility.



★ TRASH:

Please place all trash in trash bags and place in the bear proof trash container in front of cabin. We do not have regularly scheduled trash pick ups.



★ HOT TUB AND POOL:

Private Hot Tub for 7 people

Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

We have an indoor heated pool, the temperature is preset to a lukewarm temperature (about 84 degrees). The pool is 4 feet deep, absolutely no diving.

PacMan, NBA Jams Arcade and Air hockey table on Loft upstairs



★ SECURITY:

At the end of a Cul-de-sac

Ring Floodlight Security Camera at the front entrance (please do not touch)

NO Indoor Cameras



★ PETS: ALLOWED WITH RESTRICTIONS

House-trained pets are welcomed; $200 for 1st pet and $100 for the 2nd pet. (max 2 pets, 30lbs max weight limit each). Please note that Airbnb only charges for one pet so if you will bring two (2) we will request the additional fee via Airbnb resolution center. We ask guests to bring pet cage/enclosure to keep under control.



★ SMOKING:

Absolutely No Smoking indoors



★ FIRES:

Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages



★ REFUNDS:

In an unlikely event of unforeseen circumstance (e.g. weather, natural disaster & etc.) please know that we will not be issuing any refund. Kindly purchase travel insurance for your convenience. We also don't offer refund to circumstances out of our control like wi-fi connectivity issues etc.



★LADY BUGS

You may see some lady bugs since it's lady bugs season in the mountains until about the 3rd week of November. We have regular pest control but they may be around during season.



★ Dollywood Christmas Schedule and Hours

Dollywood Smoky Mountain Christmas runs from Nov. 6th to Jan 2nd.

For the Christmas season, Dollywood is open every day except Mondays and Tuesdays. During the week of Christmas, Dollywood is open for these days, but they are closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (please check Dollywood's operating schedule).



If you'd like to celebrate New Year's Eve at Dollywood, the park will be open until 9 pm on Dec. 31st. Be sure to check out Dollywood's operating schedule.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must have at least a 4 star rating for all prior stays to book the home.



Any activity during use of property and especially in the pool is the responsibility of the renter. All adults must be physically present in the pool room with their children. Even though we have pool gate alarm. Pool is 4 ft deep. We are not responsible for any negligence or accidents during the stay.

For any guests booking who are under 25 years of age, a refundable $2,000 damage deposit is required. This deposit will be fully refunded after check-out, provided no damage is found on the property.



Interaction with Guests:

You will receive a unique door code the morning of your stay begins. You'll be able to use it on the door keypad anytime after 4:00pm on your check-in day, and it will be valid until your 10:00am check-out on your departure day. The whole cabin is yours.
