Great 3-night stay
Our cabin was perfect for two people & it had everything we needed. It was decorated beautifully & the bed was very comfortable. Our location was great. If you are looking for a cabin with an outdoor space to hang out, this isn't the cabin for you. But, if you will be out & about all day & evening & just need a place to cook a couple meals & sleep it is great.

Overall a good stay.
We had a one night stay here while we waited on our other cabin to become available. There were no major issues, apart from some cleanliness improvements I noticed. There were long hairs on the bed linens and some matter left behind on the toilet so we used the other toilet instead. The noise at night kept our five year old awake somewhat, so if you have little ones the ambulances and loud voices from the valley below may make this property not suitable for your needs. Overall, though, it was a good stay and probably would suit a single person or couple fine for a night.

We are so sad to read your review. We usually get complimented on the peacefulness of the area even being so close to all the fun and activities. We also usually get complimented on our cleanliness - we always hope that if anything is wrong upon check-in that our guests will call us right away so that we have an opportunity to make it right. That is one of the reason we reach out and be sure our guests have our phone numbers and know they can reach out for any needs. This is one our more popular one bedroom units and we always hope that it will be one of the best parts of our guests vacations. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

Precious Clean cabin!

Amazing Place!!
We stayed for the Valentine’s Day week, it was amazing! Check in was a breeze. We were actually able to check in early!! The cabin was exactly as pictured. The location was great as well. Close to the island and the strip with all the shops and attractions!! Would recommend!

Adorable Cabin
Came up when it was extremely cold and had some snow(Jan 19-21) Communication with owners was amazing, even checking to see if we our travel was going okay due to weather conditions. Cabin was so cute and very clean. Everything that you needed, was there. First night, was a little cold due to heat not keeping up with the weather outside, but after we added a few more blankets(that were provided), got in hot tub, and turned on gas fire place….we were very toasty. Have to say, this was one of my favorite places to stay in Pigeon Forge. Communication with the owners was amazing and if we needed anything, they were quick to respond. We will be coming back to rent from them again.

Clean and very cute Cabin
This was the perfect cabin for a fun girls night. The cabin was very clean and the perfect size. Loved the screened in dining area and the views. The colors of the fall trees were amazing. Would definitely recommend and stay again! The owner was available by phone and friendly. We only had to contact the owner one time and that was to locate the cabin. We missed the side street it was on. The amenities were awesome too! Thank you!

Loved this cabin. You aren’t way up in the mountains or too isolated, but conveniently close to everything in Pigeon Forge. It’s very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect getaway for a couple. From the booking process to checking in and out was extremely smooth with no complaints. Sunny, the manager was so nice and helpful when I had to change my dates due to a family member’s illness. Would definitely stay here again!

We had the best time staying here for our family vacation. The location is perfect. Only a few minutes from all of the things we wanted to do but private at the same time. We come to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge 3-4 times a year. Our usual property was not available so this was our first visit to 335, and we would highly recommend. Comfortable, well equipped and clean. Beautiful property! Property management not so good
This property was beautiful! Very clean and just as pictured. The check in process was seamless. The bed was also very comfortable, nice linens and towels. The pool area was very nice, had a bar and food, very crowded though. The neighborhood itself was very nice and close to grocery store and food options, Starbucks etc. I would give this property a 5 star rating had it not been for the management. On the first day of our stay we were contacted by management and asked if we would be willing to allow the property to be shown to a potential buyer in exchange for a $50 gift card, I agreed based on the gift card offer. The day of the showing we made sure to tidy up the place, which ultimately I regret agreeing to because it ended up being an inconvenience, not knowing exactly when they would show up and waiting around. When the real estate agent showed up, she just opened the door without ringing the bell ( she said she didn’t know the place was occupied, it seemed like a lot of miscommunication on behalf of management). After the showing I contacted the property management several times with regard to my gift card and was given the run around. I called again after we checked out and was completely ignored. That left a bad taste in my mouth, I felt like it was dishonest on behalf of the property management company and was ultimately an inconvenience I only agreed to based on the promise of the gift card. I would definitely stay here again but beware management is not the best

We enjoyed 3 nights in this cozy cabin! It was clean, comfortable and convenient to all the attractions Pigeon Forge has to offer. Communication was quick and easy, Loved the decor!
