Excellent
The room was perfect, just as described and pictured on the website. The staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating. There was also a free shuttle service to any place within 2 miles from the hotel as well as to and from the airport. While vegan options were limited, there was always oatmilk available. We had a wonderful stay and can definitely recommend this hotel.

Wir sind sehr früh angekommen. Trotzdem konnten wir ohne Probleme schon aufs Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist groß und alles ist einem guten Zustand. Definitiv empfehlenswert.

Wonderful stay for 4 nights! The property is located east of Downtown Phoenix, and there's not much immediately surrounding the hotel. However, it is close to the action! The property is a bit on the older side but still very clean and well kept. My room had clean linens, and the shower was clean (not grimy or rusting). They have a window AC in each room, so if you're sensitive to sound, it could be distracting while sleeping, but otherwise it's white noise. There's daily free hot breakfast, and 24/7 hot tea, water, and coffee, which is a great touch. The fitness room is limited (2 treadmills, one elliptical, and free weights all-in-one strength machine), but does the job when you are not wanting to run outdoors in 95 degrees. The pool seemed nice, but I did not utilize this amenity. The service was excellent. From the front desk, to shuttle driver, to the breakfast staff, everyone was very pleasant to interact with. The shuttle service is a huge bonus. They provide free rides within a 2 mile radius within the hotel, and also hourly transport to the airport. Overall, a great stay for the value! Thank you!

Everything is 4 or more blocks away other than a convenience store and public bus from the hotel. Coffee, cocktails, smaller and larger restaurants are blocks away. Pheonix's blocks are not normal city blocks, they are larger. I started to use electric scooters which were all over the city - while super fun and convenient, they are a little spendy. If I had a kid(s) with me, I would not stay here for ease and sanity, though there is a basic park very nearby.
