Where do I even start? Walked in the room, immediately smelled musty and smokey. Saw the couch/bed… it was old, dirty and stained. There was a bug on the floor as soon as we walked in. The fridge opened the wrong way. Go into the bathroom… mold in the tub. The toilet is hidden away behind the door/walls, feels like you’re in a cave of grossness surrounded by germs, you can see it on the walls. Go to the bedroom… there’s literal cockroach legs on the lamp where you turn it on. There were two tvs but only one remote which was sticky with red stuff on it and the batteries being held in by clear tape. You can hear people walking upstairs while you sleep. There was a cigarette burn on the sheets and unrecognizable stains. Paid a damage waiver fee that I have yet to get back on top of the room already paid for which is crazy since this place already seemed damaged. On the Expedia site it said it was refundable but on the check in process it said it wasn’t. Nothing made sense. The only good thing I have to say is that the check in/out process was easy with given the room number and passcode before we arrive. I tired to get a refund and got nothing back. Not even a partial refund. We had no where else to go or stay because we couldn’t spend MORE money to stay somewhere so we just stuck it out. Please do not say here… the pictures in the ad are deceiving and look nothing like what you actually get.
