Four large bedrooms are located all around the home. There is one bedroom downstairs with two twin beds and an adjacent full bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms are all upstairs, along with two more bathrooms. The large master bedroom is complete with two queen beds, a smart TV, fireplace, and dedicated workspace that overlooks the amazing backyard. The attached ensuite bathroom has two sinks, a vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. The next upstairs bedroom has one king bed, while the last bedroom has one queen bed. These two bedrooms share a full hallway bathroom.

There are three full bathrooms throughout this home. Downstairs, the bathroom is conveniently located right off the pool table room & bedroom, with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, the master bathroom has two sinks, a vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub below a large window, bringing in tons of natural light! The final bathroom is accessible from the upstairs hallway, and is equipped with two sinks, a toilet, and a shower/tub combo.

The modern kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials (yes, including a Keurig & coffee pods), includes a breakfast nook with a table that can accommodate 4. Just steps away, you will enter the dining room, which has enough space to seat 8 comfortably & opens up to the rest of the main living area in the home.

As you enter the house, you'll be greeted with the main living room. This room has high, vaulted ceilings with tons of comfy seating & a smart TV. Perfect for movie or game nights with your family and friends - so much space to entertain!

Right off of the kitchen is the pool table room, with lots of space, a smart TV, and even a wet bar with two more options for seating at the bar countertop! This space opens right up to the back patio, where you'll find all of the main attractions of this home!

This house has not one, but TWO game rooms! The garage has been converted into the main game room, with foosball, air hockey, arcade games and bistro tables with seating for 4, next to a fun gaming mural! Right around the corner, you'll find the game lounge, which is equipped with an Xbox Series X, comfy seating, and another arcade game.

As you step into the backyard, you will be AMAZED! Pure luxury! The heated pool is surrounded by multiple seating options, including sun loungers (on the pool deck, and also a couple that are semi-emerged in the water), pink benches all around, outdoor couches, and an outdoor dining table!

Next to the pool, you'll find the putting green, fire pit, more seating, and even more games!

At the end of your long day of entertaining here, you can unwind with a glass of wine in the private hot tub with a view of this gorgeous space. Every inch of this yard is filled for your entertainment - you do not want to miss out!

Our home is equipped with Ring cameras (outside only) and smart locks for your peace of mind and security during your stay.

Pet fee: $75/ pet per night, max of 4

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, please note that outdoor weather impacts the pool temperature, and colder conditions may prevent it from reaching 85 degrees.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge. Keep in mind that the heaters may not significantly raise the water temperature above the ambient air temperature during colder weather.

The pool will not be heated during the summer, as high outdoor temperatures make heating unnecessary!

PLEASE NOTE: For everyone’s safety, a protective fence is installed around the pool. Guests are not allowed to move or remove it under any circumstances.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
