Feel free to text, call or message us if there is anything you need. Even though we both work full-time, we're available to answer questions during your stay & live nearby if there is anything urgent we need to attend to. We’re most accessible by text.

Our Historic Downtown Phoenix home is located in the Garfield Historic District and is almost 100 years old! You’ll be minutes from PHX airport and downtown Phoenix. There are tons of great restaurant and nightlife options close-by.

While we’ve always felt safe in this neighborhood, we are located just outside of downtown Phoenix. We do not recommend walking around at night. Please be aware that there are 3 hospitals within 3 miles of the house, so it’s possible you’ll hear sirens as ambulances are on their way to the hospital.

HIKING: For nearby hikes we recommend downloading the “All Trails” app.
- Papago Park, within ~10 min
- South Mountain Preserve, ~100 trails within ~15 min
- Camelback Mountain, 2.6 mile point-to-point trail, ~20 min away

GOLF:
- Legacy Golf Club, 10 min away, top 10 public course in 2022, Callaway rental clubs
- Encanto, 8 min away, 9 or 18 hole courses, club rentals available

SHOPPING:
- Biltmore Fashion Park, high end mall, 11 min away
- Melrose District, antique & vintage shops, 12 min away
- Uptown Plaza, boutiques, dining & more, 13 min away
- Camelback Colonnade, strip mall, 9 min away
- Old Town Scottsdale, boutiques, high end mall, restaurants, nightlife, 20 min away

FOOD:
- Hash Kitchen, open for breakfast and brunch: they serve large portions, have a DIY Bloody Mary station and a DJ on the weekend
- The Arrogant Butcher: a Steakhouse less than 10 min away and great for lunch or dinner
- Palma: seafood and sushi about 5 min away, must try the popcorn chicken!

Guests will have full, private access to the home, driveway, front yard & private fully fenced backyard.

Driveway can fit about 3 cars. Street parking is also available. Please be respectful of neighbors.

Any locked areas (closets, sheds, gates, etc.) are meant to be locked & are inaccessible to guests.

Check-in is anytime after 3pm & check-out is by 10am unless explicitly agreed to otherwise.

We kindly ask that you adhere to these times as best as possible so our Cleaning Team has adequate time for our next reservation.

If you have scheduling requests outside of these hours, please let us know as soon as possible & we will do our best to accommodate when possible. Fees may apply.

This charming historic bungalow has been carefully loved since the 1930’s. It sits in an IDEAL central location within 10 minutes of the Phoenix airport, all major freeways, Diamondbacks games, Suns games and of course Downtown Phoenix and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Surrounded by hiking trails, golfing, great restaurants & nightlife, there’s something for everyone. The front porch & spacious backyard with BBQ and fire-pit are both great places to hang out. Cats & dogs ONLY. Max two pets per stay. No weight limit. Must clean up after pets. Must include pets on your reservation if you intend to bring them. Pets must be kenneled if left home alone. If excessive cleaning is required, those costs will be passed to you.

Pet Waste Policy: We love hosting you and your furry friends, but please be sure to clean up after them. Failure to do so will result in a minimum $150 cleaning fee, with the final amount based on the time required for cleanup. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our space clean and enjoyable for all guests!

The home can comfortably accommodate 7 guests based on single occupancy in twin beds & sofa bed & double occupancy in Queen and King beds. Must disclose accurate number of guests to host or appropriate bedding and towels may not be provided. By default bedding is provided for 4 beds (1 king, 1 queen and 2 twins) unless more than 6 guests are registered for the stay.

Visitors must be disclosed to host even if they are not staying the night. We have a strict no party policy. Accurate number of pets must also be disclosed & included in reservation prior to their arrival or they are not approved.
