The Space
Welcome to Troon Flat, a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom North Scottsdale condo for up to eight registered guests. Mountain views, a generous private patio, and shared community amenities create an inviting setting for golf trips, desert outings, and longer stays.

Open the wall-length sliding glass doors and let indoor living flow onto your private patio. Settle into comfortable seating facing the mountain backdrop, gather around the outdoor fireplace, prepare dinner on the built-in grill, or enjoy a favorite show on the outdoor TV. It’s a welcoming place to linger as the desert light changes.

Living Areas
The open great room brings designer furnishings and natural light together in an easy setting for conversation, meals, and quiet evenings. Wi-Fi is available, and a dedicated workspace supports the moments when you need to catch up.

A fully equipped kitchen with premium appliances, a dishwasher, and generous island seating flows into the dining area. Start with a leisurely breakfast, or return after a day outdoors and prepare dinner together.

Stairs & Access
The residence is on the second level, reached by one interior staircase from the entry. There is no step-free route described, and the home is not wheelchair accessible.

Important Check-in/Check-out Note
We take great care to clean and prepare Troon Flat between reservations. To give every guest the same care and attention, we’re unable to arrange early check-in or late check-out in advance. If the home is ready early, we’ll gladly let you know on your arrival day. Thank you for giving our team the time to make everything welcoming for your stay.

Pets
A getaway is even better with your furry companion along. We’re happy to welcome up to two pets per stay. Please include your pet in the reservation so the applicable pet fee can be added. If a pet arrives without being included, we’ll request the required fee.

Guests
Please include everyone staying in your reservation so we can prepare for your group and keep pricing accurate. If your plans change, message us to update your guest count and arrange any applicable extra guest fees. All guests must be registered, and the home accommodates up to 8 guests in total.

To keep your stay comfortable and our home beautifully maintained, our team and approved service providers may access the property for landscaping, pest control, housekeeping, necessary repairs, or emergencies. Exterior services may take place during your stay. For interior visits, we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance; guest-requested services or necessary access may take place while you’re away. We’ll always respect your privacy and work to keep interruptions to a minimum.

Discrepancies
Your comfort matters. Please tell us about any cleanliness or amenity concerns when you arrive so we can help promptly. Refunds are not provided for concerns first reported after your stay has ended or for circumstances outside our control, such as acts of God. Complimentary amenities may occasionally require repairs or temporary closure; these interruptions do not qualify for refunds or discounts. Refunds will only be considered for additional paid services that were unavailable. Amenities that are not essential to the livability of the home are considered complimentary.

Heating and Cooling
Please make yourself comfortable by adjusting the thermostat during your stay. Our heating and cooling systems have preset operating limits to help protect the equipment and keep it running reliably.

Scottsdale Occupancy Disclosure
In accordance with the City of Scottsdale, the property accommodates a maximum of six adults and their related dependent children, with no more than eight registered guests in total. Events and parties are not permitted.

Rental Agreement
A signed rental agreement is required for all reservations before access to the property is provided. Please complete it ahead of arrival so we can help make your check-in smooth.
