For the most part, things were great. Kyndall at the front desk was super nice and helpful. She could tell we were exhausted and did everything she could to make our check in smooth and fast. Overall, would recommend.

From the moment we walked in throughout our stay, the entire staff were friendly and helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Would definitely come back when we’re in the area.

Homewood by Hilton is always a great choice! Our room was spacious with very comfortable beds. We loved having a living room and a kitchen! The pool and the hot tup were amazing. The hotel was super clean. Staff was very kind. The breakfast was delicious with options for everyone. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Super close to the Phoenix Zoo and the Dessert Botanical Gardens. There are lot's of dining option just 5 minutes away. We loved eating at the Panda Express nearby. Overall, very happy with our stay!

Overnite fir PHX
Staff took great care of us. Just miss the welcome reception we enjoyed there at our last stay. Overnite desk mgr ordered us a Lyft driver because their hotel shuttle driver did not show up for work. That’s the kind of service I look for when we travel. Our overnite stay was only for the shuttle service to PHX so glad they could come thru for us.

We always love Homewood Suites......nice to have our own roomy apartment with full kitchen......airport shuttle is always appreciated and you can't beat the wonderful evening meal and full breakfast........the saddest part is checking out......

Ok, but the basics are overlooked.
The front-desk professional started our stay off right - we got in late and she was very quick and friendly. We went to sleep, but when we got up in the morning - once already in the shower it was discovered that the big bottles of shampoo and conditioner mounted to the wall were totally empty - that had to have taken more than just a day to happen. Alos, there were not enough towels which required another trip to the front desk. On a time crunch I couldn't reshower so it was not great. We just wanted the bare minimum on our short stay and these little, but very big misses, really made for a stressful morning.

There is a lot of construction in the area right now. The Lyft driver negotiated with no problem though. Easy walk to several fast food eateries.

Our room had no hot water! My kids and I had to shower with freezing water because the hotel could not fix it. We were not moved to another room because they were all booked. I would like a refund because not having hot water is unacceptable.

This is a fantastic property for families, especially those with young children, as the bedroom has its own door (so baby can go to sleep early than the parents). The room itself is amazing, almost like a studio or 1-bedroom apartment, complete with kitchen (with dishes/utensils), small dining table and full tub and shower in the bathroom. It's clean, modern and cozy inside. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast runs until 10 a.m. and is great. Can't recommend this place enough!!

Short stay.
Short trip with late check-in and early departure. Phoned ahead of time about late check-in, no problem upon arrival. When I arrived, I arranged for shuttle to airport for the next morning - no problem. Staff was friendly and professional. Would stay there again.

Overnite
Stayed overnite for an early flight next day. Found out shuttle van was broke down but front desk clerk had already booked us a Lyft ride which was on time for us. Very nice welcome salad and snack bar with complimentary wine and beer. Stayed open a few minutes longer for us to take advantage of it. Clean and well maintained. Would use this property again. Caution is there is not much available to eat nearby

One night stay, but very friendly staff! Lisa was especially nice! She actually went out of her way to get a snack for my kids for no reason at all but by the kindness of her heart. That meant a lot!! Would definitely recommend and would stay again! Room was clean and spacious!

This was a great property for our brief stay near the airport. They must have great management, very professional and friendly and spotlessly clean. Shuttle was convenient from airport, and they even took us to dinner and paid for our Lyft back to the airport when the shuttle was busy with another guest drop off. Very clean spacious suite with kitchen. Pool area was clean and towels available. Breakfast was very convenient. There are a few eating places next door but not much else around. Urban Bricks was a great lunch spot. We were hoping to have a pharmacy or grocery store nearby but closest we came to finding a place to buy travel stuff was a local Dollar Tree. Overall, highly recommend.
