Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this private guest house boasts an open-concept design with southwest and boho decor, featuring three beds (1 queen and 2 twins), along with a bathroom and kitchen for a seamless and comfortable experience.

Welcome to your home away from home! Our private guest house is infused with the spacious, modern loft ambiance reminiscent of Chicago but with a distinct southwestern charm.

Inside, you'll find a comfortable queen-sized bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a standing shower, a full-length mirror, air conditioning, and a smart TV. Enjoy the convenience of a separate entrance from the main house, and a spacious enclosed backyard awaits. Take advantage of the private backyard patio, ideal for unwinding during Arizona evenings or savoring the sunrise with complimentary morning coffee provided in the guest house.

The kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, Keurig coffee machine, and basic cooking tools and utensils. Please note there is not an oven in the guest house; however, there is an outdoor grill on the patio. The main level features a queen bed, while the loft upstairs boasts two twin day beds.

IMPORTANT: the loft style may not be suitable or safe for all guests. The upstairs loft is an open concept.
