Unfreundlich, keine Handtücher, täglich Zimmerschluessel scannen. Poolbereich sehr unsauber, Wasse verdreckt. Kein Zimmerserviice.

I never actually stayed at this hotel. I accidentally booked the wrong night and when I tried rebooking the correct night they didn’t have the same room available. I ended up booking the correct night at a different Comfort Inn. This location would not refund me my money for my mistake. I will never stay here after that!

The hotel was average but could be a bit cleaner. I felt safe in the hotel itself. However, the area is sketchy. Obvious prostitution and drug users next door.

Booked property as a last minute alternative. Price was not worth it for the quality of the room and overall hotel. Room curtains had stains on them, fixtures inside bathroom were loose. Furniture was scratched and scuffed. Gym equipment was nonfunctional except for treadmill. The hotel itself was clean throughout but just not worth the nightly price. Won’t be staying here again unfortunately.

Very average hotel. Surprisingly quiet. There were some stains on the carpet that need cleaning in our room and that would make a big difference. The breakfast was good, we enjoyed the scrambled eggs and bacon. Convenient location.

There was no blackout curtains only sheer curtains so as soon as the sun rose your were woken up.Not able to relax the bed was hard and not comfortable. I will nevets stay at Comfort Inn ever again.No transportation to and from airport.

Better than the surrounding hotels, however the jacuzzi didn’t work, water damage on ceiling from probably a leak from the upstairs ac/heater is very visible, ceiling damage in bathroom ceiling also very visible like they need to fix it asap. One of the covers had pen writing from a previous customer. Breakfast until 10am was nice. I think part of the problem is that they are probably under staff. Most staff were nice and helpful. Hotel was quiet.

This property was nice, but clearly older. We felt safe there. Room was clean and the mattress was decent. Most of the staff was nice, but the people at the front desk need some customer service training. Breakfast was disappointing and the waffle maker was broken. We would stay there again, but eat breakfast elsewhere.

I gave the 3 🌟 because the hotel is not very clean the carpet is dirty the room mirrors don't closed and u only get 1 towel and the towels were super dingy so u get what u pay for here and the breakfast is not bad for continental breakfast but no the best the staff was nice im sure it's not their fault that the hotwl is in bad condition

Front desk staff were unfriendly, rude, and not available most of the time. Rarely seen at front desk, did not answer phone, and no one came to front desk when ringing the bell. Any request was questioned abd denied

The elevators are falling apart. There were a bunch of broken/loose tiles in the bathroom. The remote only worked on the TV and not the DirecTV box, so I had to change channels like it was 1975. The carpets and walls in the halls were extremely filthy. Wouldn't stay here again.

This place was horrible. It’s ranked at almost 8.0 and I don’t know how that is possible. From getting there at 4pm to 2am this place was so noisy with no staff to intervene at any point. I’m starting to think Expedia ratings are payed for or very incorrect. The cleaning staff were so loud. No elevators just some old wooden stairs that are so loud when walking up. Broken down sign. The bathroom smelled like it was mopped with old dirty water. I might start using another app than Expedia because this deserves a 3.0 rating at most. There was people fighting, playing radio and being so loud from early afternoon to early morning. I will not be booking this place again. Gross!

Curtain missing from window
About what you'd expect for the price. The curtain was missing from the window and the front desk was unable to move me because they were full and also unable to provide a curtain, so I had to sleep with the floodlights from the parking lot shinning in my eyes all night.

I stayed here two nights and was very dissatisfied by the condition of the hotel and room. The hotel and room were damaged throughout and not cleaned thoroughly. Also, our room was not serviced on Saturday (11/11) The only positive thing I have to share is that the staff was great and very helpful.
