A golfers dream vacation home in North Phoenix - backyard pool and putting green

This property is a golfer's oasis. The backyard is what makes it special.

It includes a private heated pool that is easily heated to above 90 degrees water temp as well as a hot tub - both are useable year round. It is a great place to look at the stars at night.

The topper is an 800 square foot putting green professionally installed by Celebrity Greens in October 2020. Included in this install was a synthetic lawn along the side yard which adds to the look of the large putting green. The backyard patio is complete with lounge seating for 4-5 people, gas BBQ, the backyard is fully lit at night and also has solar-powered colored border lights around the pool and putting green. There is also an outdoor television.

Inside there are 2 living rooms along with 3 bedrooms. The family room (the "back" living room) is the focal point for movie nights. There are 2 "LoveSacs" with imitation wolf fur covers and blankets. Love-Sacs are heavy sacs filled with crushed dura-foam - super comfortable for lounging around. The Love-Sacs in the family room are a "Big-One" and a "Super-Sac" - easily shareable for multiple people. The family room also has a sectional couch for seating up to 3 people. The family room is also open-concept connected with the kitchen which is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric double oven and stove-top, double sink and large counter area. There is also a dishwasher and plenty of plates, silverware, wine glasses and other assortments of items that are waiting to be used.

The front living room has formal seating and is a nice lounge space. Off of the formal "front living room" there is a breakfast/cocktail nook. Great for storing any wine you might want. It has a lovely window view of the backyard patio.

The owner is an avid amateur underwater photographer and each room in the house is destination specific - living rooms both have photos of Indonesia, the bedrooms have Cayman Islands, Belize and Turks and Caicos pics and the cocktail nook has some honorable mention pics from Costa Rica, Hawaii, Palau and Papua New Guinea.

The front yard also has a lovely synthetic lawn with colored blue rocks around the base of the palm trees - professionally renovated recently in November 2021.

The property is a 15 minute drive from Scottsdale and the Phoenix Open/TPC Scottsdale to the east and a 20 minute drive from the Arizona Cardinals/State Farm Stadium to the west. The neighborhood is also a quiet family friendly neighborhood - it is hoped and expected that the guests that come to stay keep the noise down so the neighbors (retirees, families with kids, etc.) can enjoy the quiet as well.
