Dear Martha/Richard,You came in on the 2nd and left on the 3rd saying you had a family emergency. You never complained about anything. Infact the rooms are newer than the picture you see online. Thank you for your business.

This is not a property that a company like Expedia should be listing. It is a laundry place with rooms for rent. I am aware of what a motel is however I imaged that for a price of 100 per night it would be more like a hotel. I was wrong! This an terrible place. I booked for 8 days for about 1000 dollars but got out as soon as I could after 3 days. No receipt for the payment adjustment however happy to leave did not feel safe here. I just received a 450 credit on my card but still 500 for 3 nights in a place I would not pay a dime for is outrageous. Please look carefully at this place Expedia should not list anything like this.

While we understand your early departure due to work concluding sooner than expected (as per your conversation, you mentioned that your job was done in 2 days, and you stayed an additional night because you didn't get the flight for an earlier date). We are still wondering that, why you did not mention to us while you checked out with us. We always advice our guest to bring any of your issues to the front desk, instead of going online, which will help both of us. Since this is a major intersection, our place is always patrolled and is very secured to stay here. As per our policy you checked out late, and we have to charge an additional day. We gave you a very nice room, it seems you are aggravated with something else, and you are showing it on us.  We appreciate your time.

If you had, our front desk staff would have been more than happy to accommodate. We do have access to free Wi-Fi for all guests. We are in the middle of renovations, so please bear with us. The "garbage pile" you saw was likely materials in use for said renovations. The 20 pet fee per pet per night is necessary to allow us to accommodate all of our guests, as well as your companions. We hope you understand and we appreciate your feedback.

Always a good experience staying there! The upgraded renovation is fantastic! The dressers can use some upgrading but thats not a big deal. Its comfortable and the balcony is an added cozy touch!

When I arrived at the facility last night I noticed - dead cars and rubbish all over the parking area - i walked up to the office area and a couple was in the office complaining of bed bugs in their room and demanding their money back - I did not stay and canceled my reservation - I think this property ought to be further investigated and you company ought to take it off your web site

Dear Joseph,Sorry for the inconvenience you had while not staying with us. The guest checked in the evening and complained about it in the middle of the night. We are in the middle of farm land and we do have a sliding glass door, which has all possibilities of bug flying in. If guest mistake it for a bedbug, we cannot be responsible for that.Second thing, guests need to understand, Bedbugs are not grown by the hoteliers as pets, it comes with the guests. Now you have to understand where it comes from. Thanks for your suggestions.

Very nice people, helped me get a quiet room which is very necessary for me.. location is ok, if you aren't overlooking the parking lot.. but a bit run down and dirty. My socks are dark brown after walking around on the floor.. very basic but ok for one night!

The pictures on the website didn’t look anything like the real property. They charged a $100 security deposit that the website didn’t say anything about, which I have yet to get refunded back. The room had holes in the wall, cigarette burn holes on the blankets (which my room was nonsmoking), the outlet had a piece broken in it so I couldn’t even use it, and the tv stand had handles missing. Check in was at 4pm and they still didn’t have my room ready.

While you checked in we always mention that, if you pay your security deposit on a debit/credit card it takes 5 to 7 business days to get credited on your account. You checked out on the 6th, which was a Sunday, which was weekend, we clearly mention it takes 5 to 7 business days, still you say that we have not received it. Please try to understand, it is not on our side, it is the bank who does it. you never complained about any issues while you were here, we do not understand how you are putting a bad review is going to help. Please bring your issues to front desk, so they can help you in a better way. Also try to understand what the businesses are going through due to short of employees. Sometimes, if you get delayed in traffic who w. Hope you understand.

Run, don’t walk, far away…
Disgusting. The entire building smelt like a distinct lack of deodorant and marijuana. Cigarette butts were everywhere, indoors and outside. We checked for bedbugs and luckily there were none present, but the bed sheets were so stiff and uncomfortable that we barely slept. The room literally had stucco falling from the ceiling, and all of the furniture was in terrible shape. The bathroom was surprisingly clean and the shower was nice however. Do not stay here, it’s by far the dirtiest hotel I’ve stayed at in some time, and I’ve stayed at some real rat traps. This place is on the Mount Rushmore of roach motels.

Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Towels were tiny, barely able to dry yourself. Top of the fridge door had something in it, so that you had to wash your hands when you opened the door.

They had bed bugs! We checked out immediately. The lady said " you arent gonna find anywhere else in this area that has vacancies "...we went down the road, it was cheaper and 10x cleaner. Do not stay here. It smelled like body odor at check in.

For $110 you get nothing, no amenities whatsoever. No water, no coffee, no front desk(just a makeshift counter in a hallway). The worst $110 I've spent on a hotel. I stay in hotels about 200 days a year and I consistently stay in $75 hotels that offer more than this place. You'll understamd when you walk through the front door.

Hi Brittany,Sorry for the way you felt about our room. You stayed with us for 2 nights, with no complaints. If you would have something to front desk, things would have been different. We always advice guest to bring up issues while you are staying. The rooms has been rented more than 1000 times and every time it has been cleaned properly. Please do not forget we have very few rooms that are smoking as well as pet friendly. That room is being rented everyday with no complaints, not sure what went wrong for you. Still we will forward this to our house keeping crew. Thanks for your time.

There is a pet fee which is mentioned in the booking website, you did not want to pay that, we also try to reduce it, but you still weren't happy about it. we just charged you one night fee, as per our cancellation policy. We also try to waive you the early check in fee, still you cancelled the reservation, you also agreed to pay the cancellation charges. So, the fees were not unexpected. Still do not understand how the staff was rude to you!!!Hope you understand!

Place looks like it recently burned in a fire or bomb exploded. Room was filthy, no grout in tile joints just filth, TV was broken, no WiFi and bathroom door wouldn’t open or close. Management chased me down in the parking lot and attempted to extort money from me and may attempt credit card fraud.

Awful conditions. Overpriced Not for families!
We will be contacting hotels.com regarding our stay. Room was dirty, there were multiple holes in the wall, furniture, and towels (2 for a family of 4). Wallpaper falling off the walls, awful smell in the entire hotel. Safety concerns - No double lock on room door, no lock on door coming into hotel, telephone not even working. Microwave dirty, shower dirty.
