Very nice place. Clean and safe area to walk around. The luggage storage area is not large and fills up quickly from other guests, so you may want to request a later checkout.

The property is in a great location in Old City and is clean and well-maintained. My unit had little natural light and check in was bumpy. The lock was damaged and I couldn’t enter the first night after a long day of travel. Staff were responsive and helpful via text and phone both after the lock out and a loud tenant upstairs.

The location was convenient. Walking distance to necessary shops and parking. The view was lovely. The apartment was adorable. Maybe just warn the guests about the noisy elevator!

Clean modern studio apartment in a great location in the city. I appreciated the bedroom/bathroom having its own door from the living room/kitchen. Parking was difficult until I realized the SoSuite portal has a Parking button that takes you to Spot Hero's website where you can find a spot to book close to the property, that was great. The biggest issue with the specific unit we were put in (1 bedroom apartment) is that it happened to be the only room in the entire building with its own entrance from the sidewalk. I didn't not see anything in the listing noting this. Additionally, the front door from the sidewalk was not secure at all. After check-in, we lock the door to go out for a bite and with a gentle pull you could crack the door open at the bottom. It's hard to explain: imagine the door's lock is at the top, but when you pull, you could crack it open from the bottom and the light from inside would shine onto the street. Super stressful considering we had a dog with us. It felt like it wouldn't take much force to rip the door off. I texted the property management with the phone number they provided me asking if there's a way to secure it better and did not get a reply. Ultimately it was fine because the neighborhood felt safe, but they should really fix this. Other people checking into the hotel the first night tried entering our unit because our private door is not clearly marked from the main building door where the other units are. Fun!

Very accommodating place for a family. Would recommend. Pack and play provided and fairly good condition. Unit has a broken faucet and needed some minor repair a sealing but nothing that interrupted the stay

The portal they send you is extensive questioning, It was a lot but I liked that they were careful who they rented to. The spiral staircase is WAY Too easy the bang you head shoulder etc into and should have plastic order covering the metal edges and screws/bolt etc We had a bloody head injuring as a result. Proximity of the dining table made getting around it and the staircase very tight. Issues with the electronic lock several times which left us stranded in the hall twice. It says it’s a smokeless property yet unit smelled like smoke/ pot most of the time. Oh and they provide a noise machine and ear plugs, that they make no mention of needing in the listing. Not enough comfortable seating for4 in the living area. They provided plenty of towels linens and kitchen products and coffee, which was nice
