This apartment can be accessed without the use of stairs from the ramp on Washington Street and directly to the elevator. This is important if you are have mobility issues after a medical procedure.

⭐⭐Other Details to Note⭐⭐

Kindly note a fob will be provided to access the garage and there is a $50 replacement fee for a lost keyfob.

The Apartment is not suitable for Infants (under 2): We would love to welcome your entire family including your little ones. Kindly note that the apartment isn’t baby-proofed and we don’t have baby-specific furniture (crib, changing table). If you want to bring your own, we’d be happy to host your stay.

There is an ATM in the lobby and a 24-hour security desk.

Please remember this is a non-smoking building and apartment. Please do not smoke.

We supply dishware, flatware, cooking utensils and pots and pans. We DO NOT supply cooking ingredients such as cooking oil, salt and pepper, spices, etc. Please make sure to bring your own cooking supplies if you intend to cook.

The cleaning fee covers laundry and cleaning service to prepare the apartment for your stay. For additional cleaning services during your stay, please feel free to contact us and we can arrange with an additional fee.

For longer-term stays over 1 week, we will provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels. Soap and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) can be refreshed as needed. Additional household items will need to be purchased by the guests.

I understand quiet time is 10 PM on the weekdays and 11 PM on Friday and Saturday. No loud music after quiet hours.
