This apartment was nice as it had 2 separate bedrooms and amenities such as AC and TVs in each room, however it was a bit disappointing. We were given minimal supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, and towels to bathe with) so we had to personally stock up on those. It was not very clean- the bedding had random stains on it and the bath tub had a used (and stained) shower liner in it. The bathtub wouldn’t drain fully when being used. There were also a lot of air fresheners all over, which I’m assuming was to mask the smell of cat pee and weed from the other tenants in the hallway.
We also kept getting woken up in the middle of night by traffic and tires screeching outside, but that is just what comes with visiting Philly.
There was plenty of free parking on side streets, which was very convenient.
Overall, it was a fine stay for the price; it was fairly clean and felt safe for the area. Instructions on how to enter were easy to follow, and check out was simple. I would recommend if you’re on a budget.
