Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit relativ schönem Ausblick. Frühstück qar füe amerikanische Verhältnisse in Ordnung. Das Parken im Parkhaus war gewöhnungsbedürftig :)

Das Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage. Parken kostet 35 $ pro Tag. Die Autos werden dabei in der Tiefgarage nahezu gestapelt. Man muss den Autoschlüssel abgeben. Auf jeder Etage des Parkhauses gibt es einen Mitarbeiter, der die Autos nach Bedarf umparkt. Funktioniert gut. Der Check-İn ging schnell und unkompliziert. Aber am besten fragt man nicht zwei mal um die Konditionen besser nachzuvollziehen. Man erhält unfreundliche Antworten. Beim Check-İn habe ich die Mitarbeiterinnen als unfreundlich empfunden. Einmal eingecheckt waren aber alle freundlich. Das Hotel ist sauber auf den ersten Blick. Wenn man jedoch etwas genauer in die Ecken schaut, merkt man schon, dass die Reinigung gründlicher erfolgen könnte. Die Betten waren sauber und bequem. Der Wasserdruck in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls lediglich in Ordnung. Für amerikanische Verhältnisse gut. Es gab zwei Eierspeisen, Speck, ein paar Backwaren, Toastbrot, Bananen, Apfel, diverse Aufstriche und Pancakes. Insgesamt keine Geschmacksexplosion zu erwarten aber alles ok. Der Kaffee war auch ok. Insgesamt also völlig in Ordnung.

Wir haben zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Das erste Zimmer hatte einen unfassbar unangenehmen Geruch nach heißem Fett, der aus der Klimaanlage kam. Da das Hotel ausgebucht war, konnte man uns erst für die nächste Nacht ein neues Zimmer geben. Der Geruch war unerträglich und auch vorhanden, obwohl die Klimaanlage nicht lief. Das Problem war wohl bekannt und wurde als „Geruch aus dem Restaurant“ beschrieben. Das neue Zimmer in der zweiten Nacht war ok. Das Frühstück war eine absolute Zumutung. Es gab nur wenige Sitzplätze (nicht mal ansatzweise ausreichend für die Anzahl der Hotelgäste). Obwohl wir früh morgens da waren, war der Essensraum schon dreckig, gereinigt wurde zwischendurch nicht. Das Essen war wirklich schlecht! Eine absolute Enttäuschung, insbesondere bei dem hohen Zimmerpreis!

I did not like the parking arrangement. Parking is usually free at hotels. Then having valet style parking was time consuming.

The customer service was top notch. We checked in at 1 am and the person checking us in was friendly, efficient and offered suggestions for things to do. The room was spacious and even though we had street views, it was so quiet. I loved the location as well. Truly, the customer service is what ensures we will book there when we visit Philly again.

Staff were very friendly and best part of the stay. There were guests next door practicing their guitar all night. The walls must be super thin because it sounded like they were in my room. Security eventually to their room and politely asked them to quiet down which was much appreciated. Unfortunately, I didn't get much rest.

It was clean and the staff is friendly. Parking is close and convenient but the elevator wasn’t working which meant we had to go up and down 5 flights of stairs. It was not fun doing that with luggage.

Our room key was given to another customer and he walked in our room. They corrected it quickly. Garage pass didn't work. Not sure what happened with Expedia but I reserved 2 rooms and they only had 1 for me.

The staff was incredibly friendly and kind. The breakfast is amazing. The room offers two types of pillows, firm or soft. It was probably the best hotel stay I have ever had.
