Beautiful cozy tiny home in the woods. Get away from the fast pace city life and take a breath of fresh air in this amazing tiny getaway. It sit's on a lovely quiet wooded property only 20 minutes away from historical Appomattox county, Virginia. This tiny treasure is located on a family owned property with two homes and a farm. This cabin has a rustic feel and is meant to give a more outdoor-like feel for our guest. The entrance to the bathroom is in the profile picture OUTSIDE on the right.

TO UNLOCK THE DOOR: -From the outside, the key chain is located above the door on the right. Please note: keep the key with you during your stay.

LOCKING THE DOOR: -Lock from the inside or with the key that is provided. During checkout, lock the door and place the key back on the hook above the door.

RULES: -Please no smoking in the cottage as it leaves the smell in the furniture
-Please no shoes in the cottage. We have a shoe shelf on the porch
-Please do not drive beyond the cottage driveway
-Please do not drink the bathroom water
-Please place the food menus back on the board after using them
PARKING: -There's a driveway on the side of the Cottage. The driveway can hold up to 2 cars.

-Mini fridge

-Teapot/Kettle

WiFi: -Free WiFi is also provided during your stay. You’ll find login instructions on the back of the internet box above the fridge. If the Wifi is giving you trouble, Just text us and we will give you access to another connection.

TV:- Comes with tubi, hulu, and disney

AC/Heater: -You are welcome to set the temperature you desire.


LIGHTS: -There are various different light settings to set the desired mood. 2 lamps underneath the loft, Cafe lights, and top light can create this variation

ELECTRICITY:- This cabin comes with its own electrical supply but we do have additional extension cords to prevent the breaker from ever tripping during your stay

FAN: -There are fans for use at your convenience if the loft gets too hot or if the air becomes stale

LOFT: -Our loft area comfortably sleeps 2 adults and has a small coffee and phone ledge connected to the bed

GRILL: -(Upon request)You are free to use this and we also have a free bag of charcoal if needed.

CAFE LIGHTS: -This is an updated feature to bring more comfort to the bathroom area and cottage. These lights will be on upon your arrival. You can simply unplug them if you want.

BATHROOM: -The bathroom is OUTSIDE ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE COTTAGE. The water flow for the bathroom is gravity fed. The water pressure and temperature is already preset for comfortable use.

ENVIRONMENT: -We do have a farm on our property, so an occasional sighting of a hen, dog (harmless), or cat is normal.

COMFORT: -There will be a few notes tags around to assist in directions, use, or location of items. Everything in the cottage is available for use. There are more linens and snacks available per your request.
