There was an issue with trash! The trash cans were full and over flowing right outside the foyer door, which was gross. The trash cans in the eating area were full and over flowing as well. The breakfast staff were rude when asked if they had more condiments, syrup for the waffles. They gave a sharp and rude, "NO!" The floors around the main check in area, food area, hallway leading to elevators were extremely dirty with visible dirt and stains on the floor. Most of the desk staff were very unorganized and not very helpful at all, they did not seem interested in assisting customers. One younger lady was very pleasant and nice. The rooms were decent, but our shower door would not stayed closed while showering and this was a major inconvenience. Overall, this Hampton Inn was my worst experience to date.
