THINGS TO KNOW:
There is limited cell phone coverage when traveling on Highway 97/Blewett Pass and when at the home. It is strongly recommended that you enable Wi-Fi calling when you arrive at the home. Guests should download maps offline prior to traveling to the home.

Because the home is located off Highway 97, high-quality sound-deadening windows were added to help reduce outside highway noise and create a more relaxing indoor environment. While these upgrades greatly improve comfort, some traffic noise can still be expected. Sound machines are also provided in each bedroom for guest use.

The 97 Rock House Cafe is next door and are above the cafe's roastery and bakery. You may catch the smells of coffee and/or baked goods during your stay.

**NOVEMBER TO APRIL**
We can’t stress enough that snow tires, all-wheel-drive and chains are necessary to get to this home during the winter season. The Lodge @ 97 Rockhouse is off Highway 97 and while WSDOT (Washington State Department of Transportation) will work hard to keep Highway 97 clear, there may be times were WSDOT requires traction tires or chains when traveling on Highway 97. Your safety is our top priority, and we want guests to be well prepared for the winter months.


PROPERTY RULES:
1. Max Occupancy: 4 guests
2. Max number of vehicles: 2 vehicles
3. Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am
4. No trash left outside of provided trash receptacles
5. Guests will follow all and any county mandated burn bans

PROPERTY VIOLATIONS AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. $250 fine per violation (thousands more for burn ban violations)
2. Forfeit of guests’ damage deposit and/or refundable property fee
3. Immediate eviction


PETS ALLOWED:
Only dogs allowed, with a max of two dogs for a $250 pet fee. Please review rental agreement and welcome packet for more details about bringing dogs.


PARKING, BOATS & TRAILERS
We can accommodate up to 2 vehicles and one or two trailers (boat/jet ski/snow mobile trailers). Parking can be out front and signs are marked for reserved guest parking.


CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES:
There are two outdoor cameras on the property. One camera overlooks the parking area and entrance to the home; the second camera is at the 97 Rock House and oversees the area between the cafe and south side of the home and deck. Cameras are there to help monitor weather, potential wild animals and for guest safety.
**Tampering with cameras is immediate cause of eviction.


GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking
2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted and provide valid ID
3. $500 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported.
