    Completely renovated and stylishly furnished, this surprisingly spacious villa will make you feel right at home.

    You will have access to two entertaining areas, an open plan lounge, a dining & kitchen, separate laundry, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom.

    - Located in a quiet & well-maintained complex.

    - You will have access to 2 x designated car bays to the rear of the complex. 1 x car bay is situated in the undercover area and the other car bay is located in the open driveway.

    - To access the front of the property, you`ll need to walk up a beautiful set of limestone stairs surrounded by beautiful lush, green gardens. Once you reach the top landing, you will see the front door and to the right the front porch area (this is an open space and is not fenced) with a lovely modular outdoor lounge where you can sit back & enjoy the sunshine overlooking the main street.

    - Enter the property and you`ll be greeted by the open plan lounge, dining & kitchen space.

    - Spacious lounge area looking out to the front porch area, boasting 1 x three seater leather lounge & 1 x two seater leather lounge. Corner entertainment unit with a smart TV & sound system. There is also a ceiling fan in this space perfect for those warm summer evenings!

    - Light & bright dining space located in between the kitchen & lounge space. Boasting a dining table, perfect to seat all guests. This space also has a split system & ceiling fan.
