If you want a perfect coastal stay and want to experience WOW sunsets, then my gorgeous apartment is the perfect option to stay and is situated only couple of streets back from the beach.
Across the road from the pristine waters of Trigg Beach sits this splendid self contained studio apartment.
Guests have separate access to the studio and there is street parking available.
Unit is cozy, open plan with all the amenities....
The space
Perfect for a single person or a couple looking to relax or enjoy the vibrant Trigg, North Beach and Scarborough coastline promenade, beach, bushland reserve or parks all in short walking distance. The studio is a self contained unit attached to the main residence.
Separate access is available on the side with private alfresco area.
All the amenities needed such as TV with Netflix, Wifi, microwave, coffee machine and a cozy BBQ area for alfresco dining and relaxing. You will have access to the studio and the studio alfresco. There is space for beach gear or luggage if required.
This studio is attached to our family home. We can only accommodate a maximum of 2 people or the guests as per the booking at all times.

My neighbourhood offers a breathless walk along Perth's famous West Coast Drive strip offering loads of different beach stops along the route as well as walking routes at nearby Star Swamp nature reserve.

You can walk to Perth's famous Scarborough Beach within 25mins along this strip, or it is approximately a 5minute drive away.

Hillary's boat harbour is approximately a 8 minute drive away also and is where the Rottnest Ferries depart bringing you to the magical island of Rottnest where you can enjoy swimming, boating, snorkelling and so much more!

The well known Flora Terrace shopping and restaurant strip is metres from my front door offering multiple clothing and cafe options, Lawley's Bakery, Zeal Vietnamese restaurant which is to to die for, and an Italian Pizzeria owned by a chef from Naples!
There is also the ever popular Lawleys Bakery, YELO cafe and La Buda Juice bar is within metres from my front door.
The newly opened Mister Darcy wine bar/restaurant is right next door to my building and is a total vibe offering fusion Asian food and delicious cocktails.

For the wellness and beauty lovers, The Pilates Co Studio, Sea Beauty, Azure Beauty and The Float Lab are also on my street, with North Beach Yoga and Elixir Wellness one street away!

There are 2 x supermarkets, a post office, butcher, pharmacy, gym, liquor store all within a 4minute drive from my apartment or a 15minute walk.

We are pet lovers....We do have two German shepherds living with us.
