    Freshly built, this amazing 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom villa is perfect for a weekend getaway, visiting family or friends or the working couple or solo traveler.

    Amazing design and beautifully interior styled - your perfect home away from home is waiting to host you!

    We offer a king bed to the bedroom and double mirrored robe, spacious kitchen, two seating areas, laundry, toilet, full sized bathroom, single car bay - plus plenty more!!

    - Villa located at the rear of a property - in a complex of 3 properties.

    - Located at the back of the complex at the end of the communal driveway.

    - Single (open - not undercover) car bay conveniently located opposite the front door and next to the property.

    - Private entrance and lockbox location on site for easy check-in and property access.

    - As soon as you enter the property, you`ll be greeted by the TV/dining area.

    - Amazing high ceilings, large open windows to the TV/dining area make this area light, bright & homely! Super comfy couch and occasional chair plus smart TV.

    - Dining table is off the TV area and has a sliding door to access the courtyard.

    - Off the entrance is also the kitchen which you can also the courtyard through another set of double sliding doors. Kitchen is beautifully designed and equipped to host short or long stays! Take advantage of the gas cook top, electric oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster plus plenty more!! Did you know we offer tea, coffee, sugar & milk upon your arrival too so you can sit back and make a coffee or tea upon check-in!

    - At the rear of the property you will find second seating area, separate toilet, laundry nook, bathroom and bedroom.

    - The seating area is purely for relaxing or take advantage of the space to work from home! You will also have access to the courtyard through the sliding doors in this space also.

    - Laundry nook boasts a sink and washing machine. We provide our guests with single use laundry powder sachets as a starter pack upon check-in also.

    - Separate toilet off the laundry.

    - Spacious bathroom located also off the laundry. Wall mounted mirror, sink/vanity & shower.

    Booking & Financial Policies
    • Booking Extension Policy: Last-minute extensions must be approved and paid for in full before 7:00 PM on the day prior to your scheduled check-out. Any extension requested after this time will incur a $150.00 fee (to compensate housekeeping for urgent scheduling changes) plus the standard nightly extension rate. All charges must be paid upfront. If fees are not paid in full by your scheduled check-out time, you will be required to vacate the property immediately. Please note that if you create an entirely new reservation instead of submitting an alteration request, the cleaning fee cannot be refunded.

    • Third-Party Bookings: If this reservation was made on behalf of someone else, the booking account holder is fully responsible for communicating all house rules, check-in instructions, and updates to the staying guests. Failure to relay this information may result in miscommunication that could affect the guest experience.

    • Extra Cleaning Charges: Additional fees will apply if the property is not left in an acceptable condition upon departure, or if unallocated beds, bedding, or linen are used.

    • Damages & Loss: Please report any accidental breakage or damage as soon as practically possible so we can arrange prompt repairs or replacement. Depending on the severity and cost, we reserve the right to charge an applicable fee for reimbursement and/or compensation. Guests are also fully liable for the replacement costs of any lost keys, remotes, or fobs.

    • Lockouts: If you lock yourself out, do not arrange your own locksmith. We utilize a preferred locksmith for security and property consistency. Contact us immediately, and we will arrange access. A minimum call-out charge of $250.00 applies to cover travel and logistics (fees are significantly higher after hours). On-site payment to the locksmith will be required. To avoid these charges, please take care of the access key or card throughout your stay.

    Arrival & Departure Logistics
    • Confirmation of Booking: For safety and verification, you and any approved guests or visitors may be required to provide us with a current form of government-issued ID prior to confirming your booking or during your stay.

The unit was lovely. It is modern, clean, and stylish. It has all the basic cooking necessities. The neighborhood is safe, and has a cafe for breakfast and lunch just a few blocks away. We would recommend this rental. That said, we found the unit to be a bit stark. There are no trees or vegetation of any kind in the small patio area, and no plants in the house. I guess this is for ease of maintenance, as the unit is managed by a rental company, not an individual owner. The park a few blocks away is very small. It was a hike to a supermarket.
