Gutes Hotel - Erwartungen erfüllt
Zentrales und großes Hotel in Fremantle. Die volle Punktzahl hätten wir vergeben, wenn alles noch recht frisch renoviert gewesen wäre. Aber noch war der Zustand OK und gut. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Überbewertet
Völlig überwertet und viel zu teuer für das Angebot. Über den Garten und Pool schaut man ins Parkhaus . Von dort bis spät Abends auch Geräusche durch die Fahrzeuge. Das Frühstück ist absolut kein Highlight, nur Rührei das eher flüssig als Ei war, der Rest auch Mangelhaft. Kaum Auswahl und insgesamt ein sehr kleines Angebot auf großer Fläche. Am besten auswärts Frühstücken, es gibt genug Angebote in der Nähe. Die Einrichtung entsprach auch nicht dem Hotel Preis. Das Service Personal ist freundlich und versucht alles. Die Hotel Bar ist gut auch das Essen dort.

Whilst the rooms were cleaned regularly, the silicone seal around the bath/shower was quite stained with black mould and we found that the quality of toilet paper to be very cheap, where a mid-range quality would have substantially improved our experience. We found the staff throughout the hotel to be very pleasant and courteous (from the Reception to the Bar and the Cleaners). One of the best meals we had during our stay was the Pork Cutlet. Very tasty.

Disappointed stay.
Rooms clean , no drawers for storage, coffee and tea very cheap tasting, to pay $400 per room it should come with breakfast. Shower was in the bath tub I have a bad hip so found it hard to get in for a shower. Our friend is in her 70s did couldn't manage the shower at all. No car parking service. Over the last 20 years we have been to the hotel many times and we know the had updated the rooms. New carpet was as much as we could see the has done. Not enough sitting by the pool.
