Lovely Light and bright apartment with a small balcony. Newly renovated the spaces are all updated and provide all the modern conveniences. Open plan space with the kitchen and living areas. Seperate main bedroom with wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. Bathroom has a walk in shower and toilet.
You have complete access to the apartment.
We live locally and available anytime that we are needed.
PLease leave non urgent matters to within business hours 9am - 5pm MON-FRI if possible.
You`re right in the middle of Fremantle, everything is on your doorstep. South Fremantle (another great entertainment precinct) is only a short walk down South Terrace.
If you have a car there`s free parking however it will be easier walking as you`re right in the middle of town.
There is also the free CAT Bus on your doorstep.
Fremantle train station is about a 10 minute walk away

Please note this is an apartment complex and neighbours are close. You may hear noise from neighbours.
TV : Watch TV through the Apps on the smart TV there is no aerial so no LIVE Tv.

NOISE & RESPECT FOR NEIGHBOURS
– No parties, events or gatherings are permitted at the property.
– No loud music, amplified sound or excessive noise between 7:00pm and 7:00am.
– Please respect neighbours and keep voices down in outdoor areas after 7:00pm.
– Sound travels easily within the complex and neighbouring properties.
– Any complaints regarding excessive noise may result in termination of the booking without refund.
SMOKING
– No smoking or vaping inside the property.
– No smoking or vaping on balconies, stairwells or common areas.
– Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
– Additional cleaning fees may apply where smoking has occurred.
PARKING & VEHICLE ACCESS
– Please drive slowly and carefully within the complex.
– Guests must comply with all parking restrictions and signage.
