This 3 bedroom unit is located on the west end of the 2nd floor in one of the lowest density condo buildings on Perdido Key. The building has an elevator as well as a stairwell for easy access to the unit. Your balcony off the living room area directly faces the beach offering some stunning views!

The master bedroom has a king size bed and balcony. Your balcony off the living room area directly faces the beach offering some stunning views! The guest rooms include four twin size beds.

Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen with a fridge with in door dispenser. There is a full size washer and a dryer in the unit. All linens and towels are provided along with an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and trash bags. Complimentary Wi-Fi and cable are included

The breathtaking views, direct beach access via the complex's boardwalk, and the on site swimming pool will ensure your whole family will enjoy their vacation.
This unit is just minutes from many activities and nightlife on the Island. The Naval Aviation Museum located at Naval Air Station Pensacola, Perdido Kids Park, and Downtown Pensacola are only minutes away!

Sorry! Not Pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.
