„I liked the hotel and the staff were lovely. The food in the restaurant was particularly good. The reason I gave a poor review rating overall was because the fire alarm went off at 12:50 am and then rang intermittently for 45 minutes because apparently the Staff could not override a fault on the control panel or something like that. I had stopped at the hotel because I was very tired after lots of travelling and needed a sleep before going onto Edinburgh so this was very disappointing as I only ...
