As you enter the foyer of this grand home, you'll find yourself greeted with a bright and open kitchen that flows directly into the living room. An expansive wooden dining table is perfect for family style dinners and sits eight comfortably. Stop at the local Windmill Farmers Craft Market on Saturday, or a local roadside stand and collect fresh produce for your mealtime at home. Or, book your own local personal chef sommelier to provide a culinary experience to remember.
Find the living room area beautifully decorated with two comfortable sofas that surround the gas fireplace and accent wall. This cozy space is the perfect balance between enjoying the ambiance of the fireplace and gazing out the large windows to the shores of Keuka Lake. Off the living room, retreat outside to the wrap around, lakeside deck. This space is sure to be your group of traveler's favorite place to retreat to; sun up until sun down.
The entry level is complete with a first-floor bedroom offering a queen bed and its own set of doors to the lakeside deck. A reading den doubles as a private sleeping space with comfortable sleeper sofa, when the door is shut.
Upstairs, four additional bedrooms can be found. The master bedroom hugs the north side of the second floor and boasts unforgettable lake views, a twin-size sleeper sofa and private master bath with tile shower and jacuzzi tub.
Retreat downstairs to the lower level. The final 6th bedroom can be found here and the game room too! Challenge your friends and family with a game of foosball or air hockey!
Outside, cross the well-known East Lake Road (a desirable local lake road of only 30 mph) to your private lakefront. The lakefront offers 93' of natural entry to the water along with a seasonal dock. Enjoy sun bathing, fishing off the dock or sitting long the shoreline and watching your family make everlasting memories. The fun doesn't stop here! The back yard is home to a private oasis where you'll find a fire pit and hot tub for relaxation. Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
