Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit super freundlichem Personal. Gutes Frühstück, wenn gleich auch an der Auswahl etwas begrenzt. Lage gut, da auch ein paar lokale um die Ecke. Tauchschule sehr gut und professionell. Leider wenig Variation in den tauchplätzen, aber auf Wunsch wird versucht einzugehen. Live Musik am Abend teils recht laut

We loved having the option of two pools. Staff was super nice. Food good. Beach wasn’t particularly walkable but that’s the same all over Lembongan.

This place is a little slice of heaven. It's so chill and adorable. There are only 12 rooms so it's not all commercial and super busy, though there are many people staying at other places coming to eat at the cafe/bar. We got to know all the staff who were lovely and they knew exactly what room we were in. The rooms are Balinese style so beautiful and clean, we were even given complimentary amenities kits with all organic toiletries, lip balm, sunscreen. The breakfast was included and you really good, fresh fruit juice was amazing. The pool is beautiful and warm. The cafe is steps away from your room with good food and drinks, bean bag chairs, daybeds and loungers, live music that is really great but ends at 9:30 so not too late. Then the rest of the day they have music on the speakers and it's such a vibe. So convenient if you're diving with the dive company. I highly recommend this hotel and the dive company. Even if you're not diving stay here. Got to see tons of manta and even mola mola! The hotel arranged airport pickup and fastboat transfer to and fro even though we were moving on to a totally different location in Bali. It can be very confusing to try to piece it together yourself. Everything went smoothly and at each pick up there was someone waiting happily with a sign with our name on it to take us safely to our next destination. The hospitality is second to none. You won't want to leave.

Staff didn't keep track of people's orders and made me pay multiple receipts when we only ordered food once from Mambo beach restaurant. The system to keeping a track of orders and receipts can definitely be improved.

The WiFi doesn’t work from the room but the balcony only. The bands are not any good and keeping playing till 9:30pm which make it worse. Plus the construction noise during our stay.
