A few comments in response: 1. As stated in the description, there is a king-sized bed, two twin beds, one double bed and a sofa that converts into a queen-sized bed. Most often, two people use the king-sized bed so the house easily accommodates up to six people in that scenario. It has done so numerous times. 2. I don't concur with the description of the kitchen utensils, but new utensils were purchased on 10/11/23. 3. There is a George Forman BBQ electric grill at the house. It's been used fewer than six times. Guests are welcome to use it. The alternative is the outdoor charcoal grill, which is operable. 4. The stove/oven is less than three years old. I've not had issues with it, but will inspect and promptly correct if that's the case. 5. The driveway easily accommodates 3-4 cars and there's parking in front of the house for an additional car. Usually, groups have no more than four cars. The truck belongs to a neighbor.
