This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located on the True Blue Golf Course just minutes from the ocean, beaches, restaurants, golf course, & shopping. The community offers a hot tub, 8 pools, 4 tennis courts, and a cafe. Centrally located to popular destinations, but away from the over-populated touristy areas. - 20 miles to Myrtle Beach, 12 miles to Murrels Inlet, 70 miles to Historic Charleston.

Located between two renowned golf course, True Blue and Caledonia, this open floor plan offers a private screened in porch where you can enjoy the peace and quite. You can expect to hear many bird sounds and the occasional hitting of golf balls off the tee box. Enjoy the view of the pond at the front of the condo and lush landscape at the back. Come through the middle of the building and use the staircase on the right or left to lead you up to the second floor, all one level condo with plenty of sunlight.

The living room and two of the bedrooms have Roku for you to log into your streaming subscriptions, with WIFI located throughout the condo. There is a washer and dryer in unit, along with linens, towels, and toiletries for your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee, tea, spices, and cooking essentials. Central A/C and Heating makes sure you're comfortable throughout your stay.

You'll find a park-style charcoal grill at the back of the condo. BBQing essentials are provided in the kitchen.
