Beautiful 1BR Apt. Near Beach! Inc. Kit, Bath & LR

The perfect family oriented getaway for someone wanting peaceful/beautiful surroundings, but wants access to all the action. Ground level apart. beautiful vaulted ceiling, includes a separate LR, queen BR, full private bath, kitchenette, micro-wave, fridge, 2 burner stove, ,2 LG TVs, AC/heat, wifi, and 3 separate/private/ground floor entrances/exits. Private parking. Use of the pool (directly outside your back door), grills, and fire pit. The beach is just a short 3 mile drive. Close to Myrtle Beach., Murrells Inlet & Georgetown.

This is a fully self contained and private ground level unit that is completely locked off from the main house. The BR and LR have their own large screen TV's. Perfect for 2 but 3 or 4 can be accommodated with the comfortable spring cot and comfortable sofa (not a pull out bed). The bathroom is elevated one step above the ground level. I have included a picture of this step. It has it’s own separate parking and 3 private entrances. One from the front, one from the side and one from the back of the house where the pool is. This entrance provides easy ground floor access to the pool and backyard amenities.

You can come and go as you please and use all grills, tables, chairs, and pool. The balcony on the building at the back of the property belongs to another unit. You will have your own private drive on the front right of the house. This is the gate that you can enter and leave from. When arriving, you will need to park here and go through the gate. Immediately to you left is the door to your apartment . You will have your own pass code for the key less lock to enter the unit. The unit is connected to the main house and is not in the back shed with the balcony.

A map is provided for you showing what routes you can take to go to the beach, grocery stores, liquor stores, etc.

If you wish to bring a trailered boat with you, the driveway probably accommodate that. Just send me a quick note with the length of you boat and I can confirm. There is a boat landing (Hagley Landing) to the Waccamaw River at the very end of the road we live on (Hagley Drive). It is less than 2 miles from the house. If you head south on the river, it opens to the Atlantic Ocean. If you head north, it eventually connects to the Intercostal Waterway. There are restaurants, marinas and points of interest along the way.
