Other things to note
No smoking in the room, free parking space, but only park outside the apartment. Free parking is not allowed in the apartment building, private parking is required for a fee.There is no pay administrator to lock the car and will need to pay 5000 baht.If you need to book for a month or more, you need to communicate in advance if there is a bill for electricity and water.
