I can’t say enough about the staff though. They were all so kind. Caroline was an absolute sweetheart while we ate in the lobby. She offered assistance multiple times. Would definitely stay here again when we pass through. “

After a while of indecisive curiosity, I decided to go ahead and book a room at the newly renovated DoubleTree by Hilton. I was very impressed and could not tell what it used to be. The only thing that I would say that can easily be remedied, is that the "Riverview" side of the hotel, which charges an extra $10 should be redressed. There is no view of the Cumberland river, ...
