ganz ordentlich
Sehr nah zur Banglaroad und auch zum Strand. Trotzdem, insbesondere wegen der fehlenden Fenster, sehr leise. Der Flur ist etwas hellhörig. Zur Begrüßung grosse Kakerlake neben dem Bett, wurde vom Zimmermädchen barfuss platt getreten und danach beim rumlaufen im Zimmer überall verteilt... Auf meine Bitte hin, sollte der Boden neu gewischt werden. Dies ist nicht erfolgt. Vor dem Hintergrund, obwohl insgesamt sauberer Anschein, ist es eben leider teilweise sauber. Angestellte alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider kam der Wakeup-Call 3 von 4 Mal zu spät oder gar nicht, besser einen Wecker mitnehmen. Insgesamt ein ordentliches Hotel in dieser Preiskategorie.

ganz gut...
grosses zimmer, grosses bad, nette angestellte, super taxiservice (pünktlich und freundlich), gutes restaurant, in der nähe jede menge anderer restaurants, sehr zentral gelegen, im zimmer fehlt eine kleine sitzgruppe, platzgenug wäre in dem zimmer gewesen in dem ich untergebracht wurde. am pool war ich nicht, der sah aber sehr sauber und gepflegt aus. der strand ist nur 5min entfernt, nachts ist es etwas laut wenn man richtung strasse untergebracht ist. aber alles erträglich. ich war 10 nächte dort, ich buche bei nächster gelegenheit wieder dieses hotel

Es riecht unangenehm im Zimmer mit mini Fenster
Ich bin nach einer Stunde wieder ausgecheckt! Das Zimmer war klitzeklein sowie auch das Badezimmer. Es roch im Gang und Zimmer unangenehm. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte zwar aber sah eklig aus. Ca 1 Meter vor dem Minifenster hat es eine Mauer. Einfach nur unverschämt sowas zu vermieten.

Gutes Hotel, mit Ohrstöpseln ist es auch nicht laut. Direkt in der Partyzone, die wirklich keinen Besuch wert ist!

Room sucks but giving 2 star only because staff was friendly. It was smaller and not as nice as expected PLUS THERE WERE COCKCROACHES. Booked a 3 night stay but checked out early after 2 nights after we found a total of 5 cockcroaches - spotted 2 the first 2 nights which I thought that was it. But there were additional 3 more cockcroaches appearing the 3rd day and I knew I cannot stay here anymore. Even after we opt for cleaning, when we came back can still see 1 of the dead cockcroach that we killed still on the floor - questioning if they actually clean the room properly or not.

The staff in every area were brilliant. I had health problems and they helped me all the time. My room was changed from an upper level to a ground floor unit to assist me. Nothing was to small if I needed assistance. The only point I can pick is I should have been staying longer.

I have visited Phuket several times over the past decade and I always stay at The Yorkshire when I’m in Patong. The staff are wonderful, the property is well kept, the pool is a hidden oasis, the gym is well-equipped and there are lots of great restaurants nearby, as well as the beautiful Jungceylon Mall. It’s also a short walk to Patong Beach.

property is very pleasant, tad dated but what it lacks in updates it excels in friendliness and hospitality. Most thai hotels are friendly but this is about as pleasant experience as one could ask for. The entire staff was super accommodating …, the jewel of the bunch was Ghie , who is one of the coolest and kindest persons i’ve ever met. Ghie took extra time to find my lost luggage and golf clubs the airline lost … then for the remainder of my stay made sure i was well attended to. Ghie should be sainted .., just a phenomenal experience to receive that level of care and concern. this will be my new home in phuket thanks to Ghie and her staff.

The staff were fantastic. I left a phone in a taxi when I arrived and the staff went above and beyond too assist me in retrieving it. They checked CCTV footage, lent me their phones to use and eventually tracked down the driver. This was exceptional service. The rooms are clean, close to town and meal value for money.

It’s affordable but the standard room with no windows is so so… either you freeze in the room to get the humidity under control or suffer… Location is great…near to everything you need - just a tad noisy day and night.

Facilities like restaurant and swimming pool are really good. Rooms are a bit run down and seen several cockroaches in my room and my brothers also. Even see a rat running the hotel stairs. However daily roomservice is good, but really expect to pay for location and hotel facilities. Based on the room only it's unfortunately not word the price anymore. Definitely had better stays in 2018 and 2019, but that had also to do with construction work next to my room. That's ofcourse not the hotels fault

I think the score of 3 stars some this review up. Location and cleanliness top notch. Having said that, the hotel is next to a motorbike parking area which is open 24hrs, so all night you hear the 50cc scooters over and over again. The parking gets full and holds up to 200 scooters so imagine I slept with earplugs in!!! The staff were excellent and professional at all times, I do think the bar and restaurant are overly expensive, this is not to say they the food isn't worthy of the price, it's just that you are in abundance of cheaper places in its proximity. I think they need to bring them down a tad, specially the local beer. Overall, you can't grumble. It's does exactly what you pay for!!!

What a surprise, old property but it makes up in style and staff. When I first walked in i was not sure about it and Ann at front desk was so nice and helped get it right. The best surprise was in the dining area very clean and food was really good. Very big menu. Was great for me i meet Smile and Monica every time I ate and felt like VIP. The one thing is watch what room you get. No elevator so walked 3 floors everytime, but great size room and very good housekeeping. The location is great 1 minute away from everything. The was very nice good for hotel and really clean. All the guests were so happy and from everywhere. The reason is the staff is the best. I am truly surprised how much I enjoyed staying there and would do again, but lower floor. I hope the manager recognize Ann, Smile and Monica. what
