Good Location , nice Hotel
Theres really not much to complain ... everything was totally fine the stuff was very friendly and always helpful ... The wifi is not that good but u can aboid that by buying a local simcard for 600 Baht and then u have good connection everywhere ... If i go back to Phuket i will book this Hotel again !

Super Hotel mit sehr zentraler Lage. Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Überragender Dachpool! Schlechtes WLAN. Man muß 1000 Baht zahlen wenn man "Gäste" aufs Zimmer nimmt. Beim 1. Gast wird nichts verlangt. Reinste Abzocke!!!

Modernes Hotel in zentraler und ruhiger Lage
late check out ist kostenpflichtig. das sollte kostenfrei sein. das frühstück ist ok, ist aber kein besonderes erlebnis. der pool auf der dachterasse bietet einen schönen blick über patong richtung ozean. in der hauptsaison wird es wohl zu wenige liegeflächen geben. der service beim montaglichen steak-abend ist leider sehr langsam. insgesamt sind die mitarbeiter freundlich und bemüht den gästewünschen nachzukommen. eine klimaanlage gibt es nur im schlafzimmer. im badezimmer ist es leider oft zu heiß. empfangsbereich, restaurant & co. verfügen ebenfalls über KEINE klimaanlage. das ist bei den temperaturen vor ort nicht hinnehmbar.

Close proximity to the major shopping centres, bangla road, patong beach and attractions. The hotel was clean however the decor was outdated. The highlights were the pool, gym and sauna - fabulous vista views of the island. The service desk at the pool were luclustre - often times the bar was serviced by a staff member who didn't smile nor looked approachable. The reception desk was unapproachable at best and the staff looked like they have had enough - didn't wish to be there. My first impression when I got checked in wasn't impressive. The hotel has a fair bit of potential - all the best....

This hotel was a perfect base for patong ,a minutes walk from bangla road ,yet quiet of a night ,we had a junior room and it was big and lovely and clean ,staff we great and pool area was nice aswell ,if we had to moan gym could be better

Gone downhill .
4th time staying here and regretted it straight away , wrong room given. No electricity, no glasses for drinks, no manager on site and unhelpful staff. Never booking again. Such a shame , it used to be such a good hotel.

The staff at this hotel are extremely helpful and wonderful. They allow me to use the shower after checking out, and even if I vomit due to food poisoning, they handle it without making a disgusting face. The rooftop pool is also great and good value for money. And best of all, it's clean. However, it is a pity that the lock of the hotel window was broken and could not be closed. Sorry if I misunderstood.

My partner and I stayed here for 9 nights. Perfect location 2 minute walk to Bangala. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was our 20 year anniversary and the staff kindly decorated our bed, I really appreciate it. Thank you for your amazing service. The room was clean, bed comfortable, the lights in the room weren’t bright enough but besides that our experience was amazing. I would definitely come back
