The hotel staff was extremely nice and friendly! The hotel is about a 5 min drive from the downtown area. Where we stayed in the hotel was extremely quiet and secluded. I would definitely stay here again if I was back in Paso Robles.

Only stayed for a night. Area was quiet at night but a little loud in the morning. Nothing to bad. Staff was very friendly and was more than happy to assist. Would stay here again.

Great location!
This is a great location with an indoor pool. We traveled with two small kids with my husband on business and it was great - there was plenty to do and free breakfast was awesome.

My entire stay was a pleasant one. The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the staff in the staff serving breakfast in the morning was also very friendly. My room was very clean and had a comfortable mattress. Would stay again!

Perfect Hotel visiting SENSARIO Lights & Wineries
Walkable to 3 gas stations, Taco Bell, bbq , pizza Starbucks drive thru literally 2 min walk . Free pioneer history museum with tons of artifacts of Paso Robles history nearby. First of all it’s not a standard size hotel it’s real tiny but parking is free and breakfast 7 am -10 am with tv screens. Go early because the eggs run out fast. We had to tell the lady to bring more eggs. We had connecting rooms but then desk lady young gal forgot to give us the key to the adjacent room no biggie but annoying had to go back to the main building (there is a separate building with one elevator) we had a pleasant one night stay one New Year’s Eve not noisy at all heard some fireworks not too loud. One negative the tv remote is hard to get used to press it hard and there are no movie channels and not lots of channels. The AC was kinda whack my hard to optimize and the coffee maker didn’t work. The bathroom had a fan at least and shampoo and conditioner is built in. We didn’t order room service we drove to downtown SLO for dinner for more options only 30 minutes away. SENSARIO lights are 7 min drive only. That’s about it, I would stay here again for the location convenience!

Room was clean but I had to wait an hour to check in because no staff was around. Couldn't reach anyone at Holiday Inn or Expedia to assist. Left messages, emails, virtual chats etc. There was a couple that got locked out of their room waiting as well. I went to my car and was close to leaving but want to get the couple's contact as corroborating witness as I planned to file a complaint for refund. However, someone finally appeared at the front desk. I didn't have energy to to complain and just want to get my kids into the room to rest. This was worst accomodations experience I've ever had.

We stayed at this hotel as part of a larger trip. We visited the nearby night light show, which was breath taking, and exciting. Afterwards we visited the zoo in Atascadero. The breakfast at the hotel was very good.
