Hey David! Thanks for the feedback man. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of a lot of rural limitations. Satellite internet, no city water, and no recycling system. We've signed up for Elon Musk's Starlink which is supposed to be in our area sometime this summer. That will solve the slower internet connection. We have to have our water hauled in and pumped from an underground storage tank. No choice there my friend. This pump is brand new and actually very quiet. You should've heard the last one! As far as the fireplace goes, we had a renter light a huge fire in there recently which cracked the interior brick. If an ember gets behind that crack it could cause a fire. Apologies for not having that available, but we are not taking those kind of chances. We are big time recyclers, but unfortunately Parks, AZ does not have a recycling program so our cleaning crew has nowhere to take that stuff.

HughesNet satellite is all we have access to out here. It's definitely slower than what we're all used to which can be frustrating. We did upgrade to the 20GB per month plan to give our renters more data, but we'll never be able to provide the same service you get in the cities. I apologize for the inconvenience.
