Lovely!
We had a wonderful time here, easy access to ski, great hot tub access (right out the back door), easy walk to the main town area and a great shared garage. Also, we had kids and there is a cute sledding area just next to the north park area. Great space and overall excellent experience.

Perfect location
Short walk to PC resort for skiing. Garage parking if you have a car rental which is very nice in the snow. Two non-master bedrooms are pretty small but overall highly recommend. Good value.

Perfect Park City Condo
The condo was so well stocked it made our stay excellent. Check -in was totally hassle free. Also there were a couple of small appliances that needed replacing and dealing with the property management company good not have been better. I would definitely stay there again. Also location is perfect to walk to town or pick up the buss a few feet from the front door. Thanks again for making our vacation wonderful.

Great Family Ski Trip
We stayed here with our three school-aged kids for our first family ski trip. The location to Park City was hard to beat! A quick walk up the hill and you’re in all the action. Layout of the property was great for our family and we loved the hot tub after a long day of skiing.

First Time in Park City
The condo is clean and well maintained and had everything we could possibly need. Plenty of closet space. The comforters on the bed - well I wanted to take them home they were so snuggy. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
The tub and vanity in the master bedroom are not well suited for short people. LOL There is a regular coffee pot and not a Keurig for those going to the grocery store before arriving.

Cozy home in excellent location!
This property was wonderful and we would stay here again in a heartbeat if back in Park City! We stayed here with 3 couples and had the perfect amount of space in the house. The hot tub and sauna were amazing after a long day of skiing, and the location is right on the shuttle stop (or a very short drive to PCMR, Deer Valley, or Main St.). The property manager and owner were both delightful to work with. We absolutely loved our stay here!!

All the amenities!
We had everything we needed for our stay in Park City. Rachel was very accommodating to us as well when we asked for a last minute late checkout - much appreciated! The place is beautiful and plenty of space - super comfortable and close to it all! We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely amazing!
Stayed here during our first trip to Park City. Previously owned a place in Breckenridge, CO and I could not be more impressed with this place! The unit is well-furnished and comfortably fit my wife and I, our twin daughters, and our parents. The hot tub was used every day and it was wonderful! The sauna was an added plus! I also appreciated how accommodating Rachel was and some of the other units nearby (many of which are full-time residents). They gave us recommendations of places to eat, things to see, and how to navigate rentals for a new location we've never been to before.
As far as location, it was one of the best options in the town. It's walkable to the mountain lifts- and it's literally a 1 min drive if you want to park in the lot at the hill. You're also only a few blocks from downtown Park City. Literally everything we needed for the stay was within 4-5 minutes and the underground parking was really nice as well.
Would stay here again in a heartbeat and can't say enough great things about the experience!

Awesome place and Location
My family of 6 stayed here over Christmas break. Condo very comfortable. Hot tub awesome after skiing/snowboarding. Kitchen with basics made cooking in easy if desired. Everything you need within walking distance. Owner very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Stay in a Great Location!
Our family of 5 stayed at Park Place 4 for 4 nights recently. We couldn't have been more pleased! The condo layout provided lots of space to hang as a family while also providing plenty of privacy when needed. The place was decorated very nicely with lots of attention to detail and had everything in the kitchen you could possibly need to prepare meals. There's a dry sauna downstairs and a large jacuzzi right outside the kitchen door which was wonderful...very hot, which we all loved. The unit was accessible from the garage which was perfect for getting our bags up and providing a place to leave skis and boots at the end of the day. The bus stops right out the front door, which takes you to the ski mountain as well as into town, but we walked as often as we took the bus because the location is close to both. Rachel was quick with communications, and very generously allowed us early access to the garage, which helped tremendously. I highly recommend this place. We will be back .

Great location for Sundance
Perfect location for Sundance - right across the street from the Library theatre and right on the city bus and Sundance bus routes. The house is cozy with a great communal hot tub right outside the kitchen door.
The apartment is also within walking distance to the FreshMarket supermarket.
Would definitely stay again.
The only negative would be the weak WiFi.

Skiing and town plus great condo location.
Had 7 adults staying for 5 days. Everything was great. Clean and all the amenities we were looking for. Park city mountain just a 2 block walk and Main Street a short walk also. Owner and manager very accommodating. Which made the trip a great family vacation.

Great Location! Perfect Weekend!
This place is very well located, a 5 minute walk to the Park City resort base. The home was cozy, warm, and well-stocked. It was great having a shared garage with the other units in the complex where we stored our boards and boots and rental car. We also had access to the semi-private hot tub right in the backyard. We cooked breakfast every morning and a dinner during our weekend stay here. Highly recommend this place for a group of 8 or less!

Comfortable and convenient
This was a great home base for our Park City activities. We were able to walk to good restaurants and shops. The shuttle to the mountain stops literally out the front door and is the last pickup before dropping skiers at the resort. Nice hot tub, too!

Nice Condo, Perfect Location
This could not be in a more convenient location. Shuttle stops on both sides of the street, right in front of the building mean you're at the base of Park City Mountain Resort or on Main St. in 2-3 stops. The condo had nearly everything we could need, and Rachel was helpful and extremely quick to respond at every step of the way, even when we had to deal with a washing machine issue. We had 2 couples and 2 teenagers and never felt crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo in a great spot
I've been to Park City numerous times, but never stayed in Olde Town. What a perfect location for this great condo ! While it's just short walk to the base of Park City Mountain Resort, the city shuttle bus stop is literally right outside your door at City Park. They run so frequently, and all over town, I don't think a valet car service could be any more convenient. The hot tub was a great apre' ski relaxing and meeting spot. The fully enclosed underground garage provides direct access entry to the condo, and wall mounted racks provide convenient ski and pole storage. I got a big smile when I returned to the VRBO site to write this review; seeing the pictures brought back great memories of a great time in a great place. There's just no way you won't love this condo.

Nice Place, Great Price, right on the bus line
We had 2 couples stay at this condo for 5 nights. It was great. We were right on the bus line, seriously it's right outside the door. We were able to get to PCMR, Deer Valley, and The Canyons very easily using the buses. You can even walk to PCMR if you want to. It was also extremely easy to get to the town to go out to dinner and shop. The buses come by every 5 min so it's easy to get anywhere. You really don't need a car unless you plan on driving somewhere outside the Park City area. The second bedroom has a bunk bed so it would be great for kids, you would also be good using the room for adults since bottom bunk is a Queen size bed. The owner was friendly and flexible and the price was great in comparison to the other condos out there. The condo was very nice and the kitchen and bathrooms look like they were all recently renovated. The Hot Tub was great too, huge, and there was only one other group using it at all while we were there.

Newly decorated & convenient location
The unit has easy access to the free Park City bus system, so it's a short ride to the station near Main Street and to Park City Mtn Resort. Deer Valley is also bus accessible.
The furnishings appeared quite new and the unit looked to be newly decorated. First rate appliances in the kitchen, comfortable beds and two attractive bathrooms with all amenities. There's a large common hot tub but we had it to ourselves. The bunk beds in the 2nd BR worked well for my two kids and the queen in the master BR was very comfortable.
I inquired into a number of VRBO options and am very glad I chose this one. Highly recommended.
