Ideally located between Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley, and just half a mile from historic Main Street, this bright and spacious multi-level home is the ultimate base for your summer escape.

With three bedrooms and three full bathrooms spread across three levels, there’s plenty of room to relax, reconnect, and make the most of your time in the mountains. Spend your days hiking scenic trails, biking through wildflower-lined paths, or exploring nearby art galleries, shops, and restaurants. Then return home to unwind in your private hot tub, share stories in the cozy living room, or enjoy a peaceful evening on the balcony under the summer stars.

Underground parking keeps your vehicle cool and out of the sun, and the free local transit stop just a short walk away makes getting around town effortless. With an open-concept layout, abundant natural light, and designer touches throughout, Portico Getaway is a peaceful, stylish home that captures the essence of summer in Park City.

What makes Portico Getaway special:

• Please note that our townhome is part of an HOA community with a policy requiring the primary booking guest to be at least 25 years old in order to reserve a short-term stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

MAIN FLOOR:

• Open, bright living room with flat-screen TV (with cable), gas fireplace (not available as a source of heat from May 1 through Nov 15), a queen sofa sleeper & loveseat

• Designated dining area w/ dining table and seating for 6

• Fully remodeled and well-equipped kitchen with large countertops (including bar stool seating for 3), fridge/freezer, ice maker, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, teapot, toaster, etc.

• Stackable washer/dryer combo

• Bathroom with a shower, toilet & sink

• A fabulous deck off of the main dining area that offers seating for up to 6 people, a BBQ, and a private hot tub for relaxing after a day of skiing, snowboarding, or any other mountain adventure!

2nd FLOOR:

• Master bedroom with King bed and sofa

• En-suite bathroom with his/her sinks, shower, toilet & large jetted tub

3rd FLOOR:

• Bathroom with shower, toilet & sink

• First Guest bedroom with a Queen bed and Single loveseat sleeper (twin) - just updated, so pictures are coming!

• Second Guest bedroom with a King bed (just updated, so pictures are coming!)

Each bedroom includes a smart TV with access to your favorite streaming services, as well as WiFi Internet (no cable access).

1) Our properties are protected by a Damage Waiver and Truvi, our host insurance provider. In compliance with new privacy and fee transparency policies, and as required by our contract with the property owner, you will need to complete your Truvi verification by uploading the front side of your ID and a selfie, and sign the Rental Agreement. Additionally, guests must be 25 years or older to book our home, as required by our insurance policy. After booking, you will receive a link to complete these steps. These requirements must be fulfilled before your check-in date, as access to the property cannot be granted until completed.

2) Any guest staying with us for 14-29 nights is required to schedule a mid-stay clean. If you would like to book for 30+ nights, please reach out for our mid-term rental options.

3) HOSTING GATHERINGS, EVENTS, OR PARTIES IS NOT PERMITTED. SHOULD SUCH ACTIVITIES TAKE PLACE DURING YOUR STAY, YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY NECESSARY ADDITIONAL CLEANING OR REPAIRS, AND YOU COULD RISK EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND.

Missed and not accurate

They asked me to contact them before a negative report. We have stayed at many Vrbo properties and this one was deceptive and poorly maintained. Buyers beware. 1. The dishwasher had rust inside the unit that was systemic of the condition/age of the unit. The top rack was also broken. 2. The washing machine had black mold on top of the inside drum. Top loading washer. I sent photos to the mgt. company and then cleaned the unit.3. The outside facing doors on the main level were missing weather stripping or had worn out stripping that created a big draft. Bo corrected after my call.4. This sounds trivial however, the bathrooms were all missing Kleenex. 5. The unit was not “luxury” as touted in the description. This is a unit that needs a total refresh except for the kitchen. Very outdated.6. Recent transfer of ownership and an impending refresh is not an excuse for the “luxury” statement and the cost associated with the condition. 7. On a positive note, the unit has great underground parking and is in close proximity to Main Street. The bus stops were close and convenient for access to Deer Valley and Park CIty Resort. The hot tub was also in good shape. 8. We understand normal wear a tear and don’t expect perfection however, this is an accurate description of our experience. It’s not our responsibility to do the quality inspection of the unit. The online description and corrective care should be accurate. Sent from my iPad

Great 40th birthday weekend!

Great location that’s close to Main Street (5 min walk). Beautiful views of the mountainside. We enjoyed spending time in the hot tub after dinner. Property manager was incredibly nice and communicated with us in case we ever needed anything. We will be back next year!

Great spot for a family getaway. Overall we had a very good stay. Clean and well kept, the condo was just the right amount of space for the 4 of us. Came here for 3 nights with a group of 7 for a Bachelorette weekend. An extremely spacious, well decorated and stocked house!!! Everything was so easy. The fireplace, hot tub, and games were our favorite things. Also house is so insulated and practically each floor is soundproof (some of us stayed up later than others and no one was awoken). An easy 8-10 minute walk to the heart of Main Street too! Will definitely be returning to stay here.

Cute house, adorable location. Great parking in garage. Super disappointed there was no A/C. We had to go spend $70 on fans. Still didn’t sleep well which impacted our vacation. If you’re staying in the winter I’m sure it’s great.

Great Spot for a Small Group Ski Trip

The property was as advertised and Heather and Beau were great hosts. First impressions were great as they called to confirm the property was cleaned and ready for our arrival. Perfect 4 Days

The home was beautiful and felt rustic And cozy, yet modern. Everything was pristinely clean. Heather and Beau (the hosts/management) were so accommodating and warm. We all loved them! My son lost his iPhone and they were so kind as to alert the cleaners and keep us posted on whether they were able to find it. They were always available whenever we called with questions. Parking was perfect as it was assigned garage parking with direct entry into the home. The hot tub was always heated and we used it each evening. The kids loved having their own rooms with tv’s in each. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was great except only one TV worked then the one that did work they had set up as a shared so to many people were on it on other locations so it wouldn’t load for us. A perfect getaway in a fantastic location

Loved our 3-day weekend get-away here! Beautiful home with all the amenities you need. We were able to cook complete meals, utilize the wonderful hot tub, watch movies, play games, & get a good night's rest in very comfortable beds. It's perfectly located between the base of Deer Valley & Park City Main Street, so enjoying walks to either within minutes is a huge plus as the area is stunning. There are a lot of stairs with 3 levels (& a 4th coming up from the garage), but this was not an issue for us. We really enjoyed the open kitchen/dining/living area with all the windows that really make you feel like you're in a proper mountain retreat. We will definitely stay again!
