As you arrive, you'll appreciate the convenience of two parking spots in the driveway and two more in the garage. Enter the house through the garage, where you'll find wall hooks to hang your winter coats and ski gear, ensuring a clutter-free and organized space.

Upon entering the main level, you'll be greeted by a cozy and lodge-like living room featuring a gas fireplace, a love seat, and a queen-size sectional sleeper sofa. Enjoy movie nights with your loved ones on the impressive 70" flat-screen TV with surround sound.

A short set of stairs leads you to the kitchen and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen boasts new wood flooring and full-size appliances, allowing you to prepare delicious meals for your hungry crew. The eight-person dining table provides ample seating and additional bar seating for six at the spacious kitchen island. Adjacent to the dining room, a half bath adds convenience for your guests.

Start your mornings off right by brewing a cup of coffee using the Keurig or drip coffee maker, and then step out onto the balcony to savor your beverage while enjoying the serene atmosphere of the mountains.

Rest and rejuvenate in the master bedroom, complete with a comfortable king bed, a 42" flat-screen TV, and large picture windows. Indulge in the en-suite bathroom with double vanities, a soaking tub, and a tiled walk-in shower, providing a luxurious experience.

You'll find the perfect space for the kids on the second floor. Two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds await, creating a cozy and fun sleeping area (please note that this space does not have a door).

Additionally, there is a second bedroom with a queen bed, large windows, a closet, and storage bins. The shared guest bathroom offers a single vanity with extra counter space and a tub and shower combination.

The third bedroom is an ideal retreat for the kids, featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed, closet, and dresser for storage. For added convenience, there's a side-by-side washer and dryer tucked away on the second floor, allowing you to pack light and keep your clothes fresh.

The fourth bedroom boasts a spacious king bed on the lower level, providing guests with the added luxury of a full private bathroom.

Slalom Adventure offers a range of extra amenities to enhance your stay. These include a private washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi, central heating and air-conditioning, filtered water, a water softener, a wine fridge, a Sony PlayStation with games, surround sound in the living room, and five large-screen TVs throughout the home.

Everything was great with our stay. Enjoyed community pool access. Private hot tub was utilized along with property grill. Rental was well stocked with dishes and needed items. Only thing we la lacked was extra garbage bags. We look forward to returning again .

Good place for a group in Park City

We stayed at this property for a week for a family ski trip. The house was just as described in the listing, and the hosts were easy to communicate with. They gave us a code for check in and we were able to access the house with no issues. The house was also extremely clean. The layout of the house worked well for our extended family - there was one bedroom downstairs with it's own bathroom, and then three bedrooms upstairs along with 2 bathrooms. The furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We did some basic cooking and could find everything we needed to prepare meals with. Did a big order from the Walmart down the street. A couple things to note - there is no mudroom/place to keep your ski gear in this house other than the garage. The owners request that you don't wear ski boots in the house (totally understandable!) though it would be helpful to have a couple more chairs in the garage to give a place to sit while getting your gear on in the mornings. We ended up leaving our skis, boots and gear in the garage when we returned each day and then once they were dry, brought the boots inside to prevent them from freezing overnight. The townhouse neighborhood is very nice and quiet, and easy access to the Kimball Junction shopping area. Canyons parking was about a 5 minute drive, and the Park City lot was about a 10/12 minute drive. We all enjoyed the hot tub, as well!!

Nice getaway Bear Hollow

I chose this condo because it was in the same neighborhood as my son’s condo. This area is a great area to stay in on a Park City trip. you are out of all of the crowds but close enough that you can get to the slopes easily, Lots of shops and lunch places and grocery stores nearby. Overall a good stay.

Great area, accessible to amenities. Enjoyed the spacious home. Plenty of sleeping room. Carpet is pretty worn out. Can upgrade the kitchen ware, lots of chipped plates. Dirty dishes were put away. We had to load the dishwasher twice when we got there. Appreciated that the hot tub was cleaned while we were there. The kitchen was fully stocked with gadgets.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and well appointed. Could stand to update skillets and utensils. Hot tub was awesome! Bring your own shampoo. Only conditioner provided. We couldn’t get garage door openers to work. They would close door but not reopen. We will stay here again.

Home was very nicely appointed. Beds soft with plush linens. Rooms spacious. Kitchen was the best I have seen in a rental. Had everything you could need and more. Very close to restaurants and other shopping. Personal hot tub and lodge pool were an added bonus. would absolutely stay there again ! Loved it!

Family Ski Vacation

The condo was nice and roomy for our large family. Loved the hot tub and well equipped kitchen. Downside to this rental was the lack of communication about local transportation, unavailability to even put our luggage in the garage once we arrived because there were No Exceptions to an early checkin. What are 12 people with luggage supposed to do for 4 hours??? The garage should have been an option to keep our luggage at least. No paper products were supplied with the condo except one roll of thin toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels. We had to purchase napkins, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. No late check out available either. Very difficult for out of state people and flight schedules these days!

2022 Family Winter Reunion

This property met our expectations as described in the VBRO listing. The kitchen was fully stocked with enough utensils. Kitchen was spacious with great seating area. There was plenty of room for sleeping and the children. Location was good for “The Canyons,” and “Park city.” “Deer Valley” just a few more minutes up the road. This was our first time to the Park city, Canyon area. A fabulous ski destinations. Turnkey was very accessible if we needed anything. We would highly recommend this place.

We had a great time in this rental!

Pros: large space, plenty of room for 13 friends, high valley transit free transportation access within walking distance to take you to grocery store, slopes, ect., everything you needed in kitchen, easy check in/out process, quick response of rental team to any issues or questions, hot tub felt great after a day on the slopes, the house has a gas hook up so no propane tank needed for the grill! Cons: no early or late check in/out, must be in good walking shape to get to transportation stop, only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom (for 13 people and 5 days- more is needed). Overall we loved our stay and would recommend to a friend!
