Resort Plaza 5034 begins with a detail skiers appreciate long before they notice anything else: a custom mudroom entry with a built-in wood gear wall, hooks, and a boot tray, so wet layers and equipment have a home instead of piling up in the living room. Beyond it, 1,500 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space unfolds across two bedrooms and three bathrooms, sleeping up to 8 guests with timeless alpine character throughout.

The living and dining area feels spacious and lived-in, with rich leather seating drawn around a glowing gas fireplace and large shuttered windows that flood the room with mountain light. A generous wood dining table sits at the center of the home, connecting openly to both the kitchen and living room so conversation carries while dinner comes together. That kitchen is built for groups who like to cook — a large granite island, built-in wine storage, premium stainless appliances, and a full complement of everything needed for pre-ski breakfasts or a leisurely evening meal. A sleeper sofa in the living room adds flexibility, an in-unit stacked washer and dryer makes extended stays effortless, and complimentary Wi-Fi is included throughout your stay.

The bedrooms suit families and small groups equally well. The guest bedroom is bright and airy with two queen beds, natural light, and warm wood furnishings — a restful place to recover after a day of mountain adventures. The primary bedroom offers a king bed alongside classic shuttered windows and plenty of room to spread out. Three full bathrooms serve the home, each finished with warm wood cabinetry and granite countertops. The two bedroom bathrooms have beautifully tiled walk-in showers — chevron tilework and matte black fixtures in one, a pebble stone floor and neutral tile creating a spa-like feel in the other — and the third bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

Resort Plaza 5034 sits at the center of the resort village, with world-class ski runs rising directly above the buildings and skiing, dining, and shopping just outside your door. Elevator access reaches your floor, and Park City's free year-round bus stops nearby, connecting guests to Deer Valley, Canyons Village, Main Street, and Kimball Junction — all within easy reach for restaurants, boutiques, and shops.

Guests enjoy off-site access to a year-round indoor/outdoor heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center at The Lodge at Mountain Village, a short walk from the property, where a sundeck framed by mountain views makes a fine place to unwind in any season. Underground parking is provided in the Lowell Building, with a clearance of 6 feet 10 inches — please note that oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated and alternate parking is not available. Your parking permit will be waiting on the kitchen counter upon arrival.

Please note that construction is underway on the Plaza deck from May 1 through the end of September 2026. Noise and vibration are expected during the first two months of this window, and a safety construction fence will be in place along the fire lane and Lodge at Mountain Village property line.

Resort Plaza 5034 is a non-smoking, pet-free property. Guests check in through our Direct to Condo process; a pre-registration form must be completed prior to arrival to receive access information. Housekeeping is not included but may be arranged through our Guest Services office for an additional fee, subject to availability, with at least two weeks' advance notice.
