Comfy Condo
Nice apartment complex (so no maid service), cozy and comfortable, a little bit dated, but with huge rooms and comfy beds. Price was almost unbeatable for Park City in the winter. On the downside: walls and ceilings are extremely thin, you hear every step upstairs and every cough next door. Wifi is a mess: good reception and working well in the morning but in the evening, when everyone wants to access the internet, connection breaks down completely. Shuttle service is a mess, too: unreliable, overcrowded, broken down, not operating to schedule. You better take the free Park City bus (several bus stops are right next door) to town center and mountain base, which are rather far away.

Echte Enttäuschung
Der Ort an sich ist akzeptabel aber das Hotel nicht. Nach 20 anderen Hotel Übernachtungen bei unserer Rundreise war das mit Abstand das schlechteste. Ich frage mich wieso das Hotels dort kommen im Angebot hat?

Staff was very friendly. Property was quiet and exactly what was pictured. Bed was comfy. Pool was a bit dirty and our room was freezing despite having the heater set to 74 which is super high for us (at home we have it set to 66). Overall great time and will come back.

Just a great place. It is super close to Patk City and we were able to use the hotel shuttle and the city bus with no problems. If you were to take a Lyft from the airport, there is no need for a car. Lots of places close by to eat. Large hot tub and pool. Hard to beat this place for the price. Kitchen is minimal, but good for an easy breakfast, making coffee, heating stuff up. Sammy’s across the street is a good spot.

Skiers needs met!
Park Regency was great for our ski trip. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of hot water. The hot tub was warm and welcoming, the staff offer special niceties ( wine and cheese on Tuesday, donuts and fruit on Thursday…) and the shuttle is on time or early everyday!!! I especially liked the “condo” layout with the bedrooms towards the central courtyard.

Great basic condo units in a short walk to food, groceries, and downtown. They have their own shuttle service and are right on the town bus route. No car needed.

Our 1 bedroom with 2 bunkbed room was large and had everything we needed. Staff were very helpful and polite. Pool and hot tub were great and there were plenty of easy places to grab food. Local transport was right outside as well to get to main street.

Park Regency located about a mile from Park City . They provide in house shuttle to drop off the guests to the ski area. There are few dining options here and there, some are walking distance. Heater works great, room is clean, and indoor pool is always nice during winter time. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Clean but very basic and date. Priced accordingly
Clean and comfortable. No complains. But the property is somewhat dated and needs to be updated. Parking garage is nice to have. It is priced accordingly and worth what you pay for. It is not a resort by any means as the name indicates. Kitchen is functional and has very basic utensils etc. Again no complains but not great either. I would stay again if I had same budget but would rather pay a little more and get something nicer.

Weekend staycation in Park City
The weather was Awesome ! Enjoyed dinner & an evening on Main St. Easy access back into the building with scan key- Love how the door just opens on its own so that if you are carrying anything, it makes it easy to enter. Would tell people the place was nice and would also return again myself. Thank you

The staff is friendly. This property is a little away from Park City but you can get to Main Street and Deer Valley pretty easy. The room had some things that need to be updated and kept up.
