Park Avenue 333-1662 is a non-smoking property. However, the owner may consider a Summer or Fall 30+night rental as allowable with a small dog under 25 lbs. Pre-approval by the Guest Services office is required; a pet fee will apply — please contact our Guest Services office before booking to confirm eligibility.
