Welcome to Pinnacle 1206, 3,511 square feet of light-filled living with views over Deer Valley Resort, plus a private hot tub, a dry sauna and a billiards room.

The Deer Valley Skier Shuttle will take you and your guests to and from Snow Park Lodge during your stay, making it easy to get to and from the slopes. It runs daily from 7:45 a.m. to 5 p.m., and you can request a ride and track it in real time in the Deer Valley Direct app. Snow Park Lodge and Historic Main Street are each a mile away, and a free public bus stop is 0.3 miles from the home.

With three king rooms and two sets of bunks, the home is built for families and larger groups of up to 15.

Game Room: A billiards table with access to the hot tub patio.

Winter brings door-to-door shuttle rides to Deer Valley and its new Hail Peak terrain for 2026/27, then the sauna and hot tub. Summer means lift-served biking, hiking, outdoor concerts and bringing the dogs. Discounts apply for stays over 30 days. No parties or events.
