✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a Pack ’n Play and some family-friendly board games and toys.

✹ PETS: We have a no-pet policy. Thank you for understanding.

✹ COMMUNITY ACCESS: You will have free access to all the community amenities, including the pool, hot tub and fitness center.

✹ TRANSPORTATION: There are free on-demand shuttles to Canyons Village in the winter. A short walk to the bus stop takes you to Park City in free electric buses all year long.

CONDITION OF PROPERTY:
Please leave the property in the same condition as during check-in, normal wear and tear excepted. PMI Park City or its agents may enter for repairs or maid service at reasonable times with prior written or verbal communication. Cooking is only allowed in designated areas. Guests must promptly report fire or damage. Liability extends to family, invitees, employees, or other guests. Subletting is prohibited. Guests must return all keys and openers upon departure; failure may result in a minimum $50 charge per item. Compliance with House Rules is mandatory, including no pets and no indoor smoking.

INSURANCE:
PMI includes an accidental damage protection policy of $59 in the nightly rental fees and is covered up to $5000 in accidental damages. Any damages that amount exceeds $5000, the remaining balance is to be paid by the Guest. Guest understands that this insurance does not cover damage or loss to Guest belongings. It only covers accidental damage to the property and/or contents caused by Guest.

Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. These policies are in place for your safety, as well as the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid.

What an amazing place

Everything was great. This property is beautiful and comfortable. The hot tub on the balcony and easy access to walk straight out and play in the snow was perfect! The cabriolet lift is very convenient and free! Takes you directly to the lifts. My family loved having the big table to play games while watching the snow outside. We would stay here a millions times over. Thanks for sharing this amazing condo with us!

Beautiful!!

This felt like "home" the moment we walked in the door. This is a beautifully appointed and very well maintained property. One can tell right away that it is well tended and cared for. All the amenities were first rate. The kitchen was well stocked with abundant cooking necessities, all high quality...even the knives were sharp! Furniture and beds were really comfortable. Slept great. Blackout shades in the bedrooms were awesome and see-through ones in the common area made it all work nicely. The hot tub, which we know can be an asset, was impeccably maintained. Cole, our property manager was awesome! He was extremely responsive and professional, and was there for us for whatever we needed. We can't say enough about he and his staff. First rate! Overall, we would highly recommend Greg's Grandeur to everyone! It is a lovely and very comfortable place to be. We would hope to return there someday. Park City Condo

This was our third stay in a condo at the Blackstone Complex. The Condo is new and very clean. It has everything you need for a great ski trip including covered parking below and your own hot tub on the patio. The condo is within walking distance of the cabriolet lift. Overall it is a great place to stay.

Nice.. Need new management

Overall this property was as advertised. Nice layout and location. The main issue we had was the dishwasher didn’t work and the property management team stated they couldn’t get any one out to fix because it was the weekend. Interesting response, since we were only there for the weekend. So we washed dishes on vacation. Walls are super thin and you hear everything above you. I expected more service for this price point.
