This 1,815 square foot tri-level mountain townhome, tastefully remodeled in 2022, offers you 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, sleeps up to 8, and provides spacious accommodations for you and your guests. Close to the slopes and secluded among the Aspens in Portico, this Mountain Crest Ski Home is the perfect getaway.

Enjoy all of the convenience and charm of Historic Old Town Park City. The free Park City bus is a 2 minute walk and it can take you and your guests to all three of Park City Mountain Resorts. Main Street is a 7 minute walk and you`ll find a great selection of restaurants, shopping, and museums.

Our home is warm and inviting with cozy seating, a stone fireplace and a 75` TV with Apple TV in the main gathering area. Beyond the family room, is the kitchen and dining room with seating for eight, plus seating for an additional four at the breakfast bar. You can create wonderful meals in the fully stocked kitchen with spices, oils, pots, pans, serving ware and new stainless appliances. In addition, the kitchen offers a combination coffee pot that has both a single use coffee maker and drip coffee pot, a Breville espresso machine, Instapot, electric beater, Cuisinart food processor and Vitamix.

The main level of the residence is filled with light with vaulted ceilings and walls of windows, allowing the living & dining areas to feast on the beautiful Aspens. The living room includes a Queen sofa sleeper. The master bedroom suite features a comfortable King-size bed, sitting area, 60` TV with Apple TV and a large double shower en-suite bath, as well as, a full-size washer and dryer. You`ll enjoy quality linens, down pillows and down comforters.

The third level offers two guest bedrooms, both offer workspaces with a desk, chair and large monitor. Bedroom 2 also features a Peloton stationary bike, 42` smart TV, comfortable Queen bed and hillside view. (The Peloton requires special clipless shoes, so guests should bring their own shoes.) Bedroom 3 features a comfortable Queen size Murphy bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share Bathroom 3. There is an EV charger available for use during your stay.
