The adjacent dining area seats the whole group comfortably beneath a statement chandelier. The living room is warm and welcoming, anchored by a gas fireplace, leather seating, and a smart TV, with a sliding glass door opening to a private balcony where unobstructed east-facing mountain views stretch out beautifully — equally stunning at sunrise and sunset.

Three well-appointed bedrooms provide comfortable, private sleeping arrangements. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a ceiling fan, and a full en suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with an upholstered headboard; the third bedroom provides two twin beds — a flexible, family-friendly setup. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom.

Please note that additional parking beyond the designated garage space is available outside the building; guests must display the required parking pass. The HOA strictly enforces parking regulations.

Bear Hollow 4402 is a non-smoking, pet-free property available year-round. Winter stays are offered on a nightly and weekly basis; spring, summer, and fall welcome both nightly and monthly rentals. Housekeeping is not included but may be arranged through our Guest Services office for an additional fee, subject to availability, with at least two weeks' advance notice.
