This was the first ski trip for my kids. This condo was great. It was the absolute cleanest condo I've ever stayed in. It was well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher detergent. It also has a welcome basket with charcuterie and snacks upon arrival. The host was super generous an offered an early check in without us even asking. This made it travel so much easier and we were very thankful. The beds were cozy and they had the warmest blanket on the couch I've ever seen. The kitchen was big enough to cook full meals, and there are recliners in the living room. The fireplace made it cozy. The location is right across the street from the free cabriolet lift parking lot. I wouldn't recommend walking this as it is a long uphill walk with ski great, but it is about a two minute drive by car, and the lot is free. We drove and easily found parking even on a holiday weekend. I would highly recommend this property.

Our family had an unforgettable time here! The condo was ideal for our family of 5, being extremely comfortable, clean, and well-stocked. The extra cozy blankets, boot warmers, and fireplace enhanced our snowy adventure. The check-in process was straightforward, and Kristen’s communication ensured we had everything we needed. The condo's location was perfect, with a quick and easy drive to Park City town and the Mountains. To top it off, Kristen had provided us with a welcome gift consisting of cheese, meats, and snacks—a delightful bonus! We made wonderful family memories here.

We just returned from our Park City ski vacation and had a wonderful time in this home. The condo was perfectly clean upon arrival, and exactly as advertised. We appreciated the thoughtful gift basket waiting for us, the kitchen was full of all the needed amenities, with plenty of dishware/cookware, as well as a collection of oils, seasonings, etc. available for use should you wish. The two bedrooms were of good size, and the two bathrooms were in nice condition (plenty of hot water in the showers). The family and dining areas were more than large enough for our family of 4. As advertised, the unit is about a 7-8 minute walk to the Cabriolet lift, which is also where you can pick up the bus if you want to ski on the Park City side without using the Gondolas/Chair Lifts to get over there. To get to that side we found it easiest to take the bus to the Transportation Center and then walk about 3-4 minutes to the downtown chair lift. You can also change buses and get dropped off closer apparently but we didn't want to deal with two buses. There are certainly other options to stay in that are closer to the mountain, but considering the price difference we felt that the short walk to the Cabriolet was well worth the savings. As long as you're aware and expect that, this home has everything you need to enjoy a great trip. The owners were very communicative with arrival and check-in instructions, and were very eager to do anything possible to ensure we had a successful stay.

My wife and son joined me for a few days of skiing and we were very pleased with the condo. The kitchen was well stocked and the host gave us a gift basket, wine & cheese which was a nice touch. The condo was close to the ski lifts although we did not walk to them as we had a car for shuttling to both the Canyons and ParkCity Mountain areas. Parking was easy and very close to the condo. The hot tub was nice at the end of the day and we had it to ourselves. The condo was quiet even though close to the main street. The 3 thermostats were a great way to control the heat in the individual rooms. The main living area and kitchen were very comfortable and roomy enough for 3 people. The bathrooms are on the small size but the bedrooms are just fine and the beds comfortable. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would come back again. The information provided by the host was excellent.

This was one of the cleanest rental properties we’ve stayed at. It was well stocked including lots of nice extra touches (snack basket, Keurig pods, full size shampoo/conditioner). Parking was a short walk from the unit and we never had trouble finding a spot. The unit was a warm and cozy home base for our ski vacation and we’d definitely stay there again.

We had an easy rental experience and appreciated the long window for full refund if needed as we had several personal variables that could have upended our plans. The condo was warm and comfortable and used the available footprint to seem as spacious as possible in the available square feet. The beds were a semi firm memory foam that we all found comfortable except my daughter who has back problems. She found the mattresses a little firm for her needs but was very comfy after night one on the couch. The condo was well stocked with the basics (toilet paper, salt pepper, olive oil, sandwich bags) plus some nice extra add ons (bandaids/ sewing kit) and some unexpected bonus snacks (a really generous spread of sweet, salty and savory that energized and refreshed us before our grocery run!). My two daughters and I shared the room with the two queen beds and my boyfriend and son shared the master king bedroom. It was nice that we had a boys and girls bathroom with our mix. There was a dresser to unpack into in the master and the queen room had a shelf where the girls emptied suitcases for easier access. There wasn’t much room around the beds in queen room to leave suitcases and they were a little too thick to put under the beds. If you have the option to pack in a collapsible duffle that could slide under bed it might help a little with storage. The location was clean and quiet and about 8 minute walk to the cabriolet lift. With skis stored by the slopes with the free ski valet (when renting through park city) it was very convenient. The only reason I rated 4 instead of 5 stars on location for our group is more of a park city vs canyons preference. We had a couple of beginner skiers and found once we were there that more green slopes were at park city instead of canyons. If you are in a group of confident blue level skiers, the canyons access side would be great! Hosts were very responsive. We were supposed to leave last Thursday after the 9” of snow in a minivan that we weren’t sure could make it out of the parking lot. Sent a text to hosts who contacted property managers and the next morning when we went out to load the car, a gentleman with a snowplow on his truck was waiting to make sure we had help if needed! Thanks for the extra levels of good service!

We were in town to ski for a few days and couldn’t have been happier with this rental. It was super clean, had all the amenities we needed and was so thoughtfully stocked to get our vacation started. The view of the mountain was a bonus. The only thing I would caution about is that though it is super close the the cabriolet lift, it’s across the main road and a bit of a hike for younger kids (and mom and dad carrying their skis). We ended up driving and parking in the free lot to take the cabriolet. Not a big deal at all and the open gondola was actually a fun experience for the kids. We would definitely stay here again next time.

The host was super responsive and accommodating, allowing us to check in a few hours early. The host also provided a wealth of supplies and an over-the-top generous welcome basket. She also provided lots of movie entertainment through all the major streaming sources. The condo is very comfortable and perfect for a family of four. It is located within walking distance of the Cabriolet lift. With skis and kids, it is a bit of effort, taking about 10 minutes, but it sure beats driving, parking and paying for a car. Overall, we loved our stay and would recommend this place in a heartbeat, especially if you want to ski at Park City.

The location was great! We were able to walk across the street and take the Cabriolet lift to the Canyons! At the end of the day, skied down to the bottom of the Frostwood Gondola and were picked up there (or could even walk from there). Condo is well stocked and had lots of pans, pots, and kitchen utensils to be able to make dinners since reservations were tough to get in town. The complex was quiet which was nice for us since we were up early.

It’s rare to come across a vacation that surpasses what you see in the online listing. The hosts take great care in making sure every detail is taken care of. The place was very clean and had a nice mountain ski house theme. The snacks left by the hosts were a nice addition for when we came back from skiing. Overall an excellent stay!

It is very well situated to cover all the multiple things you can do in Park City and surrounding areas(having your own car is a plus and I think necessary). It is a full apartment with everything you need. The most private unit in the complex.

Bedrooms were nice and big and appreciated that the 2nd bedroom had two full sized beds instead of twin beds. Great for families! Kitchen well stocked and nice view of the mountains too! Three of us came to ski and enjoy a ladies’ weekend away! We walked to Aloha (.7 miles) to rent skis then hopped on the mountain. We used the shuttle and Uber to leave Canyons for dinner in PC Village. It is spacious condo with a great kitchen and comfortable beds! Loved the gift basket of snacks and beverages in the fridge! We used Instacart for grocery delivery. Would stay here again!

Our group absolutely loved this place during our stay in Park City. It’s was exceptionally clean and updated and the rooms were large and very comfortable. The check in process was super easy and there were lovely treats waiting for us when we arrived. The location was great as well and super convenient to Canyons and Park City mountain. Highly recommend!! We would absolutely stay here again!

This was a very family friendly condo that is only a short walk to the Cabriolet lift or an easy car drop off at the Cabriolet lift line (since carrying skis was a bit of a challenge for my little ones). Also a quick drive to the US Olympic center and downtown Park City. Amenities were thoughtful with a goodie basket and charcuterie plate upon check in. Condo was stocked with tools that we needed to assemble a snowboard upon arrival. Outlet stores are also close by if any snow gear was forgotten. Only issues, which are non critical in my opinion, were that the upstairs neighbor could be heard walking around quite early through the ceiling and the hot tub was very foamy and a bit dingy. That said, I would still definitely stay here again.

Very much enjoyed stying at the property. Got in very late from SLC (due to AA issues) and was VERY excited to see several freebies that the owners provided to make the stay much more enjoyable. Able to have a snack without the need to go to the grocery store.It was a a please to stay in the condo. Extemely clean, all "little" extras included (laundry detergent, soap, snacks, a few beers, wine, Coke, bottled water, coffee, etc...). Location is great being right across stress from the Canyons and a bunch of stores and restaurants down the road. Ample parking available. WiFi worked perfectly! PLUS there was a hot tub about 20 yards away. Will be back on future trips.

Our family had a great stay in this 2 bedroom condo. The owners were very accommodating of our special requests, and we enjoyed the stay overall. The location is very close to The Canyons ski area (right across the street) and just down the road from Deer Valley and many other ski resorts, as well as Main Street in Park City.
