Offering sophisticated polish and style, our property has a private patio with a hot tub that overlooks Main Street below. Soak your cares away in the hot tub as you sit above it all, tucked between the city and the stars on this gorgeous rooftop-like space.

The kitchen is a dazzling and modern space with an exposed brick wall, open shelving, and high-end finishes. From its dark stone countertops to its top-of-the-line, stainless steel appliances to the roomy island with pendant lighting, this kitchen has style in spades. The chef in your group will be delighted to find that it is as functional as it is stylish, as it is also fully stocked with everything they may need to make and serve a meal.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and outdoor spaces, including the private hot tub. Access to a key card and 1 parking space in the nearby Marriott's underground parking garage is also provided. Additional paid public parking is available on the street.

The Neighborhood:
No matter what you’re visiting Park City for, our location will make every adventure possible. In the winter, choose from the famous slopes of Utah for endless skiing. When the sun’s out, drive out to the local state parks that come with lakes for time on the water. Nothing’s too out of reach when you’re on Main Street!

Getting Around:
This home's central location is unparalleled as it offers unrivaled access and walkability to Park City's most popular spots. Situated on Main Street, you can explore this historic thoroughfare on foot with ease. Or you can make use of the FREE, iconic Main Street Trolley for a unique experience. Ski Resort access also just steps away thanks to the Park City Mountain Resort Town Lift located just across the street. Park City also offers FREE public transport on its Park City Transit buses, which are easy to navigate and run numerous routes spanning all of Park City. The Town Lift - O stop is just steps from your front door. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that while there are 45 steps to the entrance of this home, there is also an elevator for your use.

Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay.

Please note that there's a road closure near our home due to a construction on main street from 4/1-7/1. Phase I of this project will take place along Main Street from Heber Avenue to 5th Street, time permitting.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Quick getaway for wedding

Check in instructions a little confusing to figure out because of parking. There was only one parking pass and we had to figure out how to make it work with more than one car. Also because it’s a great location downtown, made it a little harder to get the parking situation figured out since it was a parking garage shared by multiple resorts and private condos. Once that was figured out, it was great. Condo is beautiful and location amazing.

Excellent condo for a family w varied ski skills

I rented the house for our family of four thinking each of our adult children would bring a companion.The condo would have fit that plan, but we ended up only being just four.The condo is beautiful and well stocked.The sun shines in the family room in the morning and the Mountain Views are incredible.I chose this condo, which is closest to the mountain village, because it’s close to the Town lift, dining and shopping.I am so happy with that decision.This condo location is amazing.We rented our gear from Park City sports on Main Street.It was right next door.The Town lift is right across the street and was running the week of our stay, which isn’t a guarantee all of the time.Each day, we took the town lift up the mountain and up again on the other lifts.The mountain village has green trails you can ski down if there’s enough snow.Unfortunately, during our week, those runs were not open so we had to take the Town lift back down at the end of the day.It’s a bit slow but tough to beat the convenience of the location.The other option is to ski down to mountain village and take the free bus to the Main Street location.We didn’t do this, but others suggested it was very easy.When we returned from skiing, we’d sit in the hot tub and watch the town lift return. It was amazing. The condo is walking distance to so many excellent restaurants on Main St.we pre ordered groceries and picked them up on the way from airport. Was great! Highly recommend this condo!!

We had an incredible stay at this condo! It truly made our trip unforgettable! The condo was spacious and beautifully appointed and served as the perfect hub for our family's summer vacation. Nice house but customer service is lacking

The location and house were great but the check in process and customer service experiences were frustrating. When we checked in the door code did not work and required a reset on their end. Once we got in we found only one of the two promised parking passes was provided. When we reached out to the management team with these issues they took too long to respond and gave automated answers copied from the provided instructions that were not helpful. The missing parking pass was never provided although they did provide a “prepaid” ticket to the parking garage over 24 hours after we notified them of the issue and the prepaid ticket did not even work and we were still left to pay for parking and still have not been reimbursed. We would also recommend installing blackout curtains in the bedrooms as there are lights on in the plaza and on Main Street all night and the current blinds provide no darkening of the rooms.

Amazing location in PC

Annual couples’ ski trip that took us to PC this year. The condo was perfectly setup for 3 couples. All 3 bedrooms/bathrooms were great and location couldn’t be beat. Directly on Main Street about 100 yards to town lift and close to all dining options on Main St. Only complaint is warped floors in kitchen and hot tub was green and smelled like lake water. We only used it once. Could be treated and would be a great amenity on the balcony overlooking downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall the condo was nice and as advertised, but the sheets in the guest room were dirty and one bed did not have a mattress pad (gross). The kitchen faucet was a total mess, the cooking pans are old and tired (need to be replaced), the bedroom TV did not work, the water in the hot tub was gross. NO hot water on our last day. Great location, but these few simple things NEED to be fixed.

Perfect PC Ski Vacation

We loved this place…everything from the layout and space, the location on Main Street and steps from Town Lift, to the fantastic host communication and easy check in/out. A truly wonderful experience

This property has it all. Beautiful, warm, inviting place. Unbeatable location. Superb management company. The large open space, wall of glass windows, stocked kitchen, comfy furniture and the hot tub overlooking Main Street all made our stay an experience to remember. Top notch property and amenities

We used this condo as the meeting place for our 12-person team. The living area and kitchen made for a great gathering place with most of the team members staying in a nearby Marriott property. The appointments were nice and there was plenty of dinnerware to manage/feed the whole group.

Perfect spot for a perfect ski trip

We had a fantastic long weekend. The property is incredible. located on Main Street, steps away from the town lift, made skiing that much easier. Very clean, well stocked kitchen and bathroom. The hot tub is a nice bonus. The manager responded immediately the days leading up to our trip to the day we arrived (I didn’t reach out for anything after arrival as all was laid out with easy to follow instructions). Beautiful place in a great location!

We had a fabulous stay. The unit was beautiful and well-appointed, and the location was ideal! This was our fourth condo in 5 years, and everyone has asked if we can stay here next time! The management office was very responsive (our only request was some help in getting the snow off the top of the jacuzzi and they took care of it immediately.). We will definitely be back.

Picturesque views

Best stay EVER in Park City!! The location of this property was central to main street so everything was in walking distance. Restaurants right out the main door made it easy to dine close. The highlights of the property were #1 The views from the large windows to see both mainstreet and the ski slopes, #2 The bedrooms were all beautifully decorated, well sized, and the bathrooms modern and clean, #3 The kitchen was modern and well equipped with anything you might need. Not sure we will ever stay anywhere else now when we travel to Park City - it was that nice!!
