Despite being without an elevator, the effort to reach it is rewarded with a modern and bright interior.

The studio includes everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, close to the metro and bus stops, making it easy to explore the city.

The apartment consists of a main room with double bed (140x200) and a comfortable sofa-bed for an additional person, a coffee table and a TV area. You will also find a workspace for your work days. The American kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, a microwave and a refrigerator. The bathroom is equipped with a sink and a toilet cabinet. You will enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay in this apartment.

The apartment is on the 6th and last floor without elevator.

Linens and towels are provided. Welcome amenities (coffee, toilet paper) are provided on arrival but are not restocked for the full duration of your stay.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Parties and events are not allowed, and pets are not permitted. Please respect quiet hours between 10pm and 8am, especially with regard to the neighbors.

The apartment is rented for the number of guests indicated on the booking. Please take good care of the furniture and equipment and report any damage. Please sort your waste according to Paris's recycling guidelines.
